Dr. Murphy Ties the Knot!
Dr. Murphy married Martin Koning-Bastiaan this last spring in the rose garden at Descanso Gardens in La Canada. Although it had rained the day before, their day was just beautiful!
Martin has his masters in education from Stanford U. and is completing his PhD in Philosophy while working full time in the computer industry. He is a Senior Scientist at the EOE Foundation, which is an educational non-profit organization. Part of his work involves traveling and lecturing to teachers on how they can use the EOE. The organization offers free information to teachers to help them illustrate their lessons to their students. It is similar to a library and is located on the world wide web.
