  • Autistic Self-Advocacy Network
    "The Autistic Self-Advocacy Network (ASAN) is a non profit organization run by Autistics (those on the Autism Spectrum), those with other unique neurological types and neurotypical family members, professionals, educators and friends. ASAN was created to provide support and services to individuals on the autism spectrum while working to change public perception and combat misinformation by educating communities about persons on the Autism Spectrum."

  • Families of Adults Afflicted with Asperger's Syndrome
    "FAAAS, Inc.: Their mission is to offer support to the family members of adult individuals afflicted with Asperger's Syndrome." -- They do take donations and they sell stuff. There is also an extensive legal disclaimer.

  • GRASP: The Global and Regional Asperger Syndrome Partnership
    "What makes GRASP unique, other than its proven four year-old support group network, its educational outreach, and its use as an informational clearinghouse on issues relating to the autism spectrum, are the stipulations GRASP must adhere to in accordance with our bylaws — that the Executive Director, 100% of the Advisory Board, and 50% of the Board of Directors of GRASP must be diagnosed with either Autism, Asperger Syndrome, or Pervasive Developmental Disorder."

  • O.A.S.I.S. 'Online Asperger Syndrome Information and Support'
    OASIS has lots of information and resources on Asperger's Syndrome; unfortunately they tend to focus on children and parents. The do have a nice book with their name on it, but it is once again aimed at parents and children.

    This Site is out of date and it appears that the site is not being maintained, also Barbara L. Kirby is not answering Emails any more.
