Some Vital Statistics:
Moonrest has been updated with many new features. We have installed
many new windows, resided and painted the exterior, and painted the interior. The house is fully insulated from floors to
rooftop. All the plumbing has been made copper, with a newer whole house ultraviolet water treatment system. Water is free
with our own private sand point intake, buried well under the lake bed. Moonrest is up off the ground on concrete
pilings, per build date of 1987 code. Living space is approximately 1000 sq. ft. with three bedrooms. Lot size is approximately
40 by 80 feet. Located on the very private Lorain Lane at the center of Pelee's East beach. The beach is all sand, and very
shallow water 100 ft. plus out from the shoreline.
You won't find a nicer little
beach house getaway than this on Lake Erie!
Moonrest comes with some toys as well, including a 16 ft.-15 horse outboard aluminum fishing
boat, and a sunfish hull ready to be outfitted with sail. We will also negotiate to include our recently overhauled 14 ft.ski
boat (with trailer and 40 horse outboard) and our beach launch 16 ft. Prindle catamaran.
