My Straight Egyptian mares, as you will tell by their pedigrees, are very similar in bloodlines. They both have Prince Ibn Shaikh/Shaikh al Badi breeding which brings us the mares RDM Maar Hala, *Bint Maisa el Saghira and Maar Ree. With Anaza el Nizr as Zahrah Bint Nizr's sire, we bring in the mares Bint Deena, *Deena and Bint Magidaa. I chose these bloodlines on purpose, as I love the correctness, temperaments, type and movement of these lines. When I look for a stallion to breed to these mares, I look for horses of complementary phenotype and similar pedigrees, especially the female lines. The resulting filly foals will be bred to outcross stallions of complementary phenotype.

Galadriel Espana is, of course, different in pedigree from the Straight Egyptian mares, but with Barich de Washoe as her sire and bred to proven and consistent tail female lines consisting of Rifala, Risala, Rehasafa, Indaia, Fazan, Ferida, Nefisa and Ghazala, I also was sure of getting correctness, temperment and movement for which I breed. She has similar phenotype to one of my other mares and she is of the same family "strain" name and tail female line as my mare, Zahrah Bint Nizr.

All my mares must work, so they are all broke to ride and have a job to do, even while in foal. This keeps them fit and healthy. I have yet to suffer any injuries, illness, or foaling problems with these horses.
