He has effectively combined a B. S. Degree in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology, post-graduate studies in International Relations at University of Chicago with applicable language skills and hands-on success in high technology assignments in the U.S, Japan, Germany, and elsewhere.

In addition to technical services, product support and field engineering, his skills include training & development, international liaison, safety analysis, customer service, company and product representation, technical program direction, and new business development. Through the years, Frank Haggerty has been consistently responsible for several million dollars in incremental revenue contributions as a result of innovative technology developments and state-of-the-art product support initiatives.
