By zooming in to about 25.000ft of altitude you can clearly see Pépieux in the upper center of the picture, and the blue circle that is Lake Jouarrès. Perfect for swimming, surfing and sailing!

In Olonzac and La Redorte you will find banks, supermarkets and gas stations as well as an array of other businesses, and restaurants. Pépieux is 6 km (4.75 miles) from either village.

The dark sinuous line at the South end of the lake is the famous Canal du Midi. Beneath it, running almost parallel, is the river Aude.

At 500ft you can see La Liberté!

Look for Rue de la Liberté.
