The flat rate is
650 EUROS for ONE week
Rental starts on Saturday at 3p.pm. and ends the following Saturday at 10 a.m.

WHAT THE RENT INCLUDES:
All utilities: water, electricity and propane
All bed and bathroom linens
A thorough housecleaning before and after you leave
A complimentary basket of food and wine as well as basic dairy products in the refrigerator for your first meal
Upon arrival, you will be met to receive the house keys.
SPECIAL OFFERS
For Longer Stays:
575 Euros for a second week
and for successive weeks after the second one.
