Download the Chinese characters.
Please put ALL received files in one sub-directory.
Because all pointers point to a file name only.
It does not include a path.
For this structure the user must put all files in one sub-directory.
Please download FULU0000.ZIP first, which include

- The down load page (that is this page) DLOADCH1.HTM,
- The introduction page, INTRODU1.HTM

- A comment page COMMTS01.HTM.
The author's disk space on the Internet Service Provider's host computer is
limited.
Most commonly used characters are listed at the following section.
If the author continue to work, the extra groups will not be available to
download directly.
The user can send e-mail to request.
I will send the extra group files to the user by e-mail.
(I am a new comer to the Internet system. IF e-mail take only text document,
not binary *.zip files, I need to figure out how to convert the binary file
to text file at later time.)
This web page, DLOADCH1.HTM, has two functions.

On 1998-07-04 and 1998-07-08 I recived two emails asking how to
download Chinese character files. I goto online, accessed fulu0000.zip
from this web page. Got error message. Earthlink says
"This site has moved due to a server upgrade. ....."
1998-07-08-20-20 correct this file. Change from "www.earthlink" to "home.earthlink"
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Today, 1998-07-08, I also corrected the date error in fuluso_1.gif banner from
"Nov. 1 1987 22:00 transparent" to "Nov. 1 1997 22:00 transparent". No proof read,
so it stay error for eight month.
I wish I could be ten years younger! Oh! Dear God! May I?
