REPRESENTING THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE UNITED STATES

AND ITS POLITICAL SUBDIVISION, THE STATE OF TEXAS

SPEECH GIVEN BY EVELYN ANN MCLAREN,

WIFE OF AMBASSADOR RICHARD L. MCLAREN

OF THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS, IN DALLAS, TEXAS,

BEFORE THE INTERNATIONAL PRESS ON MAY 29, 1997

Thank you, ladies and gentlemen of the media, for coming today to this press conference. I hope all of you have obtained a copy of the press packet which has been provided to support the facts being presented today. I am not only here today speaking for myself, my husband and all Texians, but as a mother, a grandmother and for the unborn children of Texas, America and the world.

On May 3, 1997, I witnessed and became a signatory as a witness to one of the most historic documents of the 20th Century. I'm referring to the May 3, 1997 International Agreement and Terms of Cease Fire between The Republic of Texas and the U.S. government. This agreement once and for all fully established and perfected the final element of international law which achieved certified recognition from The Republic of Texas for its exile as a nation, and its captor recognized The Republic's claims via the second party to the agreement. This was achieved under the second article of the agreement, recertifying The Republic's jurisdiction on and over the soil of The Republic of Texas and its people under Article 2 of a treaty between the United States of America and The Republic of Texas dated April 25, 1838, which now brings forth the international right of all inhabitants on the soil of Texas 18 years of age and older to choose and vote for their right to remain a nation free from the United Nations and a one-world government.

In simple terms, the State of Texas is a legal fiction without organic or legal ability to prove it has continuity of government stemming from the sovereignty of the soil under The Republic of Texas and that it is merely an unlawful creation by a U.S. Congress of the Civil War and by citizens of the United States who had no vested jurisdiction because they were 14th Amendment citizens without authority on the Texas soil under the law of nations. That Congress was in violation of their own U.S. Constitution at Article 6, paragraph 2, which reads:

in respect to a treaty dated April 25, 1838 and its supplemental May 3, 1997 agreement recovering jurisdiction on the soil of Texas by The Republic of Texas and its People. This May 3, 1997 international agreement and supplement to the 1838 treaty executed under authority of the President of the United States, William Clinton, and the governor of its political subdivision, the State of Texas, George W. Bush, during a time of war and emergency now lays to rest any further judicial proceedings of the United States of America and the State of Texas attempting to cover up and use as its basis of authority on Texas soil the illegal and never-ratified Annexation Treaty of March 1, 1845.

The truth is, even under their own laws, the right of action and property under the laws and Constitution of The Republic of Texas is an established, uncontested right, which has always been preserved. The Texian people, their culture, their posterity and nationality have not perished or died. It has continued to grow even on a worldwide basis. Now, the controlled media is doing whatever it can to deny to the people of the world the truth that Texas' posterity has reformed its legal body politic enabling it to deliver its lawful government out of exile and reclaim its nationhood for the future of its children rather than let Texas be subjected to the tyranny of a one-world government.

What is especially disturbing is the cover-up by deception and fraud now being perpetrated by the members of the second party to this agreement--Clinton, Bush, Reno, Albright, Morales and Valadez--and the immediate violations that occurred after its signing and execution by agents of the second party: the Texas Rangers, State Police, various Texas law enforcement officers, Jeff Davis County Sheriff's Department, FBI, Secret Service, BATF, Treasury officers, National Guard, U.S. military, and agents of the county, state and U.S. attorneys' offices. They immediately violated this international agreement in that the aforementioned agents of the second party did knowingly, intentionally and willfully ignore the terms of the fourth section of this agreement and the treaty of 1838 and entered the grounds of the Embassy of The Republic of Texas and its main building, which, by the way, is my husband's and my private home and residence. In front of witnesses, they t ore down and desecrated the Lone Star flag of Texas. They entered the Embassy in a frenzy of destroying, pillaging, looting, shooting out windows and confiscating the records and archives of our nation's Embassy along with its equipment. They confiscated and stole all the personal property that belongs to my husband and me and the Embassy staff. They even shot out the tires of the Embassy staff's personal vehicles. Then my husband and I and the Embassy staff and guards were arrested and incarcerated on bogus charges, in violation of this same treaty and agreement.

I ask you, ladies and gentlemen of the media, is this legitimate behavior for agents representing any government? Or are these the desperate acts of a government using the same tactics of the Nazis of World War II and the same cover-up that has gone on in Waco, Ruby Ridge and what is being currently covered up about the Freemen of Montana and their discovery of the law and trying to remedy it by putting the law and government back into the hands of the people? Is this what you and the press are going to continue to cover up, including the premeditated killing of Mike Matson, who was defending himself from vicious dogs trying to kill him? Are you going to continue to distort and misrepresent to the people of Texas what The Republic is and how it has been lawfully brought back and re-established? The only ones conducting a pattern of violence and kidnapping are the members of the second party to this agreement.

I am now urgently calling upon the nations of the world and their people and all international organizations to intervene and bring pressure to bear diplomatically to force the United States and the State of Texas to comply with its signed cease-fire agreement and release all prisoners of war still being unlawfully held, and release our personal property and property of The Republic of Texas which has been stolen. If this solemn agreement is not kept, it will only send out to millions of Texans and Americans and to the world the message that no agreement can ever be trusted to be kept by the second parties to this agreement. If the agreement continues to be violated by Clinton, Bush, Reno, Morales and Valadez, it will send word to all people of Texas and the United States and the world that the world government has taken over and that no freedom exists but by the use of armed conflict to resist such unlawful and immoral government. This is not what any of us want. We only want peace and justice and the real law to take place.

WE ARE NOW MAKING A PUBLIC DEMAND THAT MY HUSBAND AND THE OTHER EMBASSY STAFF AND CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS WHO ARE BEING UNLAWFULLY HELD CAPTIVE AS PRISONERS BE RELEASED IMMEDIATELY.

WE FURTHER DEMAND THAT THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS AGAINST WHOM THESE CHARGES HAVE BEEN BROUGHT EITHER ADMIT OR DENY THE TRUTH OF THESE CHARGES BOTH PUBLICLY AND IN WRITING.
