Joinbo Enterprises Limited Corp. (Hongkong) and Fortune PanAm Bio Technologies
(U.S.A.) C.E.O., Chengdu City Congressman Hongkong-Aomen Representative
Mr. Yingkwei Ho, applying the world's most advanced Bio technologies in
the treatments of various waste water, has achieved significant results
in the provinces of Sanxi and Henan. On June 5th, 1999 Henan Television
station and other news media had made a special report on this subject.
The microbes introduced in these projects are manufactured using the
world's advanced bio technologies. They can effectively treat various contaminated
water, cost much less, more effective, and easier to apply than all other
existing waste water treatment methods. According to Fortune PanAm, They
used more than 1200 species of microbes. All of them are specifically design-mixed
and highly concentrated. One gram contains 1 to 5 billion microbes and
will not cause secondary contamination in treating waste waters. These
type of microbes are suitable for treating urban sewer water, as well as
waste water from sugar-factories, petroleum chemical plants, tanneries,
trash dumps, paper mills, pharmaceutical plants, etc...
Regarding China's toughest waste water problems caused by wheat stalk paper
mills and cotton paper mills, our company had achieved significant results
in the experiments done at Henan and Sanxi. For example: Huanghe Paper
Mill in Sanxi Province is a wheat stalk paper mills, its daily waste water
discharge is 2,200Mt., among which 150Mt. is black liquor (COD as high
as 42078), and 2000 Mt. gray liquor (COD 500-900). This factory was once
shut down by E.P.A. In September 1998 a Shanghai company was employed to
treat its waste water using activated sludge method but did not meet the government
COD discharge standard. On December 28, 1998 the paper mill was shut down
again by the local E.P.A. Under the situation, on March 21, 1999 Hongkong
Joinbo Industrial Limited started to conduct a test treating the paper
mill's waste water using microbes, and the result went very well. In May
1999 the local E.P.A. tested the treated water showing COD dropped to approx.
200, passing the targeted discharge COD standard (the local COD standard
is approx. 450) for industrial waste water. Because of the significant
result of the experiment, the paper mill applied to the E.P.A. for a redesigned
overhaul according to Joinbo's specification, and resumed full-scale production.
Another example is a cotton paper mill in Henan province Sanmen Gorge
city. This paper mill has always been the big polluter in the province's
Yellow River region, its daily discharge is 17,000 Mt. black waste water.
The factory used cotton as raw material. Out of the 17,000 Mt. discharge
waste water, 1,100 Mt. was black liquor (COD 70,000~110,000), 16,000 Mt.
gray black liquor (COD aprox. 2000), plus small quantity of sewer and kitchen
waste water. In 1998 the Henan Province government demanded to shut down
the factory, and the local TV station news had several times made editorial
reports. Joinbo applied its microbes technologies in an experiment treating
the factory's waste water, the treated water COD dropped to approx. 200,
water color became clear, the experiment was a huge success unanimously
praised by the Henan news media and the local government leaders.
Presently our branch office in Chengdu is working in cooperation
with the E.P.A. departments in the provinces of Guangdong, Gweizhou, Gangsu,
Heilonggiang and Chongquin City, Chengdu City to treat the various waste
water problems in those areas. The are dedicated to improve human health,
survival of the human race, and its economical welfare. Our newspaper will
continue to make follow-up reports on this subject.
