| Lets Keep It In The Green On St. Patrichs Day. March 17th We will have a small Olympic event here at our gym for those students who wish to strut their stuff. This is a time for parents and relatives to visit the gym and watch these children perform as gymnasts. There is a $25 entry fee per child. This fee pays for the medals, trophies & certificates. There will also be an admission fee of $2 per person for this event. Each child will receive a certificate for each apparatus they compete on. Girls- Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault. Boys- Highbar, P-Bars, Floor, Vault. The students will receive ribbons or medals for their scores on each event. Those that perform extra hard will receive trophies. Starting this week I will be giving a 1 hour lesson on Saturdays for those children who have signed up for this meet. Saturday 1:00 Boys 3:00 levels 3 4:00 levels 2 5:00 levels 1 This 1 hour that they are here we will work on their routines. Parents I also have a cassette tape with their routines on it. This you may ask for after class. These can be taken home for the kids to practice with. Deadline for the entry fee is February 23rd. |
