BAZAAR HOURS
The Gates to the Bazaar will Open promptly at 4pm. on Friday , October 31st .
There will be NO EARLY ENTRY .
Pre-Registerd Guests should arrive at least (1) hour prior to the opening at
4pm., to pick-up their Registration materials at the Registration Desk .
Visitors who wish to purchase a $10- Weekend Pass can do so beginning at 3pm at
the entrance to the Bazaar .
The Bazaar will be Closed for 1 1/2 hours for Lunch , on Saturday and Sunday
, and at 7pm. on Friday and Saturday evenings . Pre-Registered Guests and
Dealers will have their catered meals at the Hacienda del Sol . Other Bazaar
visitors will be offered a list of recommended restaurants that are close-by the
Bazaar .

Opening Reception, Dinner and Halloween Costume Party for fully Registered
Guests and Bazaar Dealers.
Saturday, November 1st---10am to 12:30pm. Bazaar Gates Open
12:30 to 2pm...Lunch
2-7pm. Bazaar Gates Open
7 pm. Bazaar Gates Close--Dinner
Sunday , November 2nd----10am to 12:30 pm. Bazaar Gates Open
12:30 to 2pm....Lunch
2 to 5pm. Bazaar Gates Open
