UPDATES:

Updates are either done verbally, via fax, or by email.  Updates are available within 24 hours of faxed assignments.  We guarantee that your assignments will be worked within 24 hours of receipt of our office. We give detailed descriptions and will make contact after the address has been checked at different times with no results.

CONDITION REPORTS:

Condition reports are prepared within 24 hours of repossession.  These reports will be faxed when completed and once again after vehicle has been picked up or transported with signed off signature.

SKIP TRACING:

All repossession fees include light skip tracing.  We are staffed with experienced and professional skip tracers.  Once your agency has approved a case to be skip traced, we will provide the best possible service there is in the industry.

TRANSPORTATION:

Our office is located near the Ft. Lauderdale-Miami Auto Auction.  We also provide additional transportation, please call for quote.
