Kalis Taluseko
A good 5 waved Tausug Kalis Taluseko from the Sulu Sultanate, probably belonging to a prominent datu as seen in the overall lavishness of the sword.
Most likely a 19th century piece.
Sinlge fuller down center of blade that is intricately inlaid with silver with a vine and leaf motif,
though much of the inlaid silver is missing.
However interestingly as the inlay nears the point
there exists what appears to be a human outline.
Two silver asang-asang.
The hilt is of Banati, wrapped in chased silver bandings interspersed with braided silver wire.
