A 9 waved composite Maguindanao Kris Lanti. The laminated blade is a fully waved Maguindnao Kris Lanti, with 9 waves. The blade is circa 1900-1920. However the orbed hilt and scabbard are likely from Sulu. MOP inlays on pommel, and scabbard were done at a later period. Pommel is of kamagong (ebony). Hilt is wrapped in silver bands interspersed by braded natural fibers. Two iron asang-asang.
