Nursery / Childcare
A regular childcare staff member is available to nurture your child during worship services in the nursery.

Sunday School
Sunday School is open to children of all ages. Children leave for their classes during worship before the sermon begins.

Adults (Open to all)

Covenant Groups
Our covenant groups serve both men and women of the church community by providing a safe place to share concerns, friendship, and spirituality. These groups meet in the church parlor on Mondays at 11:30 am and every other Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.

Bible Study
Each week the group discusses the text of the Bible for the upcoming sermon along with the minister. These groups meet on Tuesdays at 10:30 AM.

Seniors

Walking Group
This group meets Monday and Friday mornings at Shoreline Park in Mountain View. Each walk is about an hour where members can walk and share at the same time, while enjoying the beauty of nature.

Community Outreach

Ecumenical Hunger Program
Our church works with the EHP to assist the homeless and low income persons with basic needs such as food and housing, and clothing.

Urban Ministry of Palo Alto
Each year Urban Ministry of Palo Alto provides 26,000 free hot meals, 17,000 bags of groceries and 4,800 nights of housing through a rotating emergency shelter program. Other supportive services include housing referrals, a clothing closet, a money management service and transportation vouchers. First Baptist Church of Palo Alto has been working with Urban Ministry of Palo Alto for many years.
