In my class I teach how to sense your body in a different light.
I believe all movement should
be done with joy.
Whether your journey is in conditioning and/or healing the body,
you can seek this pleasure along the way. In western society we are
driven to strive, to achieve - and to overachieve. This drive can
actually slow progress. Practicing with the right effort
creates dynamic ease in posture and movement.
