I would like to rename this page to systems theory, as I think that "systemics" is not the most commonly used term for this field in English (systemics is a more Continental European term). The page also needs a considerable rewrite, as much of it is disconnected and poorly rewritten. It needs a good history (e.g. Ashby, Bertalanffy) and a description of the different flavors of systems theory in different sciences. I will attempt to flesh my areas which are more in engineering, biology, mathematics and physics. [Lexor] Noticed your recommendations for the 'Systems Theory' entry. With the extensive recent acceptance of 'Quantum Systemics' throughout the worldwide scientific community, perhaps you might reconsider your intent to downgrade the term 'Systemics', as it does more aptly apply to that new science, as described in the Wikipedia, with all the references to not only physics, but philosophy, psychology, sociology and such humanities disciplines, such 'systemic' realities as therein described by 'Systemics' more so fittingly describing Quantum Systemics than just 'Systems Theory' alone. I only get 7 hits on Google for the phrase "quantum systemics", no matches with the physics preprint archivX.org, and no matches on the American Physical Society's Phys. Review series of journals. I wouldn't call this a recent "worldwide" acceptance of quantum systemics. In fact I can find very few references to the word "systemics" in any physics journals whatsoever (and, indeed, very few references to systemics in any English-language scientific journals). The phrase systemics is far more widely interpreted (at least in the English-speaking world), as referring to systems theory as developed by Bertalanffy, Ashby and others. [Lexor]Sorry for the delay in responding to your 'systematic findings' with regard to my post concerning 'Quantum Systemics', but your reply did raise important issues that I feel need to be addressed and which have been 'put-off' for too long. However, in the context of this particular 'medium' of reply, and in consideration of those issues so raised, I find that I must accordingly 'tread lightly', in that not only are there scientific issues involved but also issues of legality and the Law. Accordingly, in 'treading lightly', and yet 'saying what has to be said', I shall have to 'generalize' my comments largely, in order to avoid the obvious legal repercussions that might ensue if specific 'names were named', or references given or cited. (I do give some 'references' herein, as to copies of emails and such, which are innocuous as to the 'separation' I am speaking of here!) However, you can most assuredly be certain that there is definite truth and merit in that of which I speak! Which is that there has too long been a 'separation' within the worldwide scientific community. On the one hand, we have the Classical Newtonian Physicists and the Quantum 'Mechanics' while on the other hand we have Quantum Physicists and sundry other 'classifications' of Physicists which might be known as 'Popular Science'. More specifically, I am distinguishing between the scientific 'Establishment', on one side, and the vastly larger and more 'dis-established' worldwide scientists, physicists, professors and scientific writers who are the day-to-day and moment-to-moment 'experts', connoisseurs, and cognoscenti of science and scientific info, for the general public and the 'common man'! This includes all of the various scientists and physicists who have specifically 'spoken out' over the years, and put into print the very words and concepts, that the scientific 'Establishment' is 'obsolete', or consists of 'vested interests' who are not interested in discoveries of real science, but only in purveying their 'obsolete' Newtonian Physical and Quantum Mechanical concepts, to the disadvantage of any new fact or science that might dispute or vary from their 'vested interests'! True, in saying this, I place myself in that 'Popular Science' category and thusly note that I have personally long back 'given up' on any possibility that the 'twain shall meet' and that all 'Science', worldwide, in all forms, shall become 'One', with accepted and recognized standards of methodology, yet accepting also of that science, and those sciences, to which such orthodox methodologies just may not apply! (Such as now, whereof I speak, when along comes a new science that is completely outside the knowing of the current scientific 'Establishment', which can only encompass 'realities' of this secular 'dimension' and not at all of any form of Quantum Physics which delves into 'dimensions' of quantum reality that are non-secular and beyond any 'materiality' so defined by Classical Newtonian Physics or even Quantum Mechanics.) In further saying this, I note that there probably have been notable 'advances' in recent times toward such a 'holistic' goal, so I must also confide that I am not up-to-date on any such 'advances' and therefore my comments and their implications might be truly 'historical' and no longer relevant. However such may be, I speak here only from the context of my own personal knowing (which is NOT of Classical Newtonian Physics nor of Quantum Mechanics, but is, instead, of the Quantum Physics of Incorporeality!) and if such may need appropriate up-dating, I do sincerely solicit such hereby. So, to finally get to your 'posting', of the various 'surveys' of 'Establishment' databases, listings and organizations which you so note. Yes, the Science of 'Quantum Systemics' was not found therein, because the 'Establishment' has mostly not as yet 'found' it, even though it has been posted on the Web since 1990! (With all that constitutes the Web today, a website that details a 'new Science' is just another 'needle-in-the-haystack' of everything out there, to accordingly be denigrated, stigmatized, lambasted and such by those who cannot understand, or, usually, don't even take the time to try to understand! Yes, the unfortunate point about the Web is that which occurs when a web 'Surfer', with a ten-second-attention-span, happens to encounter a scientific database of gargantuan proportions and unknown content!) However, 'The Online Textbook of the Science of Quantum Systemics' has 'worn the years well', if not well-known, to become known worldwide by those who have an interest in such 'science', or just happened to find it, or many other reasons relating to the fact that 'Quantum Systemics' is truly a 'science' that meets the Wikipedia definition of 'Systemics', rather than 'Systems Theory'! And I'm going to take a minute or two here to 'correlate' Systemics, as defined by Wikipedia (under Systems theory), with the Science of Quantum Systemics: "an interdisciplinary field which studies systems as a whole" "on principles from physics, biology, engineering, ... philosophy, sociology and economics" Quantum Systemics is that and so much more! "focuses on complexity and interdependence which increasingly are the features of the modern world, and thus ... has a strong philosophical dimension. In recent times, complex systems..." "system dynamics ... for understanding the dynamic behavior of complex systems ... chaos theory and social dynamics" "in holistic ways to supplement more traditional reductionistic [Classical Newtonian Physics and Quantum Mechanics, perhaps?] methods ... considered as a humanistic counterpart to the natural sciences" Yes, Quantum Systemics is all that and more, which is why there is a link to the Wikipedia's definition of 'Systemics' on the website. But, to get back to the bit of 'conflict' with the term 'Systems Theory', I'm going to post hereinthefollowing a quote: "The primary purpose of science is to understand what the world is like. Everything else that science does - test theories, produce new technologies - is incidental to this fundamental purpose of gaining a deeper understanding of reality." David Deutsch, Theoretical Physicist, Oxford, Great Britain And that is the issue here, in that Quantum Systemics is NOT a 'theory', but is, instead, Reality... human and cosmological 'Reality', defined and explained according to the accepted and respected Laws and Principles of Albert Einstein, Satyendra Bose, Carl Jung, Roger Penrose, Ilya Prigogine and many others, all of whom have contributed to the facts and truths of this 'new science'! And Reality is the reason that it is so well known around the world, from publishers in Tel Aviv who want to publish it, to university professors who are already teaching it in graduate schools and students who are writing dissertations on the subject. However, the primary reasons are because it uses quantum physics to explain the actual 'realities' of such things as: Why you left the dog out at 6:15AM this morning instead of 6:30AM? Why you made scrambled eggs for breakfast instead of pancakes? Why there is no participatory democracy in Afghanistan? Why your priest/bishop/minister/rabbi has resigned in disgrace? And on and on! Because underlying all the corporeal/physical/material 'realities' of this world (and 'dimension'), are the INcorporeal 'realities' and dynamics of the quantum realms of (astrophysical) 'Dark Matter', or Spirit, or Consciousness, and the 'dimensions' thereof, which can be scientifically explained and defined, using those tried and true Principles of Einstein, et al, as described by QUFD, the Science of Incorporeality, or the Science of Quantum Systemics! A few more short notes on Quantum Systemics, Quantum Incorporeality, or QUFD: As to the use of 'scientific methodology' to 'prove or disprove' anything in QUFD, such use may not be possible, because QUFD is NOT a 'theory' or hypothesis, but is REALITY, fact and Truth. (As to 'Truth', please read the Monograph on the QUFD website which states that 'Truth' can NEVER be found in Corporeality, but ONLY in INcorporeality!) But such Incorporeal 'realities', facts and Truths are found in a 'world' or 'dimension' BEYOND CORPOREALITY, in the Mind and Consciousness, and therefore 'proof' thereof has yet to be substantiated! However, REALITY requires both 'observation' and 'definition', both of which are 'hallmarks' of QUFD! And since definitions are always 'true', therefore the 'realities' described thereby are definitely so! And in so defining the quantum realities of Incorporeality, QUFD may be said to always choose the simplest possible explanation for all the available evidence. And lastly (as to scientific methodology), QUFD, in stating and exploring 'realities', makes no hypothesis nor conjectures any prediction, nor presents any verification, which are requirements of Corporeality, not Incorporeality! Accordingly, QUFD may be said to be 'Elegant', in it's simple yet effective explanations of Reality, Life and Existence! QUFD is free copyrighted to all! QUFD is not a pre-print for publication and has not, as yet, been published other than online. It is presented online as a multidisciplinary 'textbook', of such linear-reading as a textbook does entail, because of the complexity of the information. Thusly, it has no indexing nor citations, nor even standard web 'navigation'. Accordingly, it may be 'difficult to read' for anyone other than the 5 year-old "Mad Scientist" for whom it has been written and whom would certainly have their first Doctorate by the age of 10! Multidisciplinarians should have a 'field day' with QUFD, exploring such ramifications as the Genetics of the Mature Human Mind, the Quantum Physics of such Genetics, as well as other subjects such as Human Evolution (versus Darwinian Evolution), Phase-Space-Shift Genetics of the human Mind, and much more! Some info here that may lead to some updating and corrections to the various 'listings' for the QUFD website (http://go.to/QUFD) on the Telson Spur.

I have been informed by J. Franz (of The American Physical Society, franz@aps.org), Secretary-General of the IUPAP (International Union of Pure and Applied Physics, an agency of UNESCO), that my Recommendation for the creation of a new IUPAP Research Commission to specialize in Basic Research in QUFD, will be presented to the next meeting of the IUPAP's Executive Council. Likewise, I have been informed that the Secretary-General for the Council of the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (another UNESCO-affiliated agency, which is also affiliated with the IAEA, the International Atomic Energy Agency) will also consider the creation of a new ICTP Research Group in QUFD, Incorporeality and Undifferentiated Relativity.

[[11/17/03]Correction, with regard to ICTP consideration of QUFD. Due to apparent misunderstanding, consideration by the ICTP Secretariat has not been confirmed but is yet pending official word therefrom.]

I made those Requests not too long back, based upon the fact that QUFD, as derived from Albert Einstein and Satyendra Bose (as well as Carl Jung and many others), uses such Principles of Bose-Einstein Condensation, Complex Adaptive Systems and other disciplines, to detail and describe the Science and Philosophy of Quantum Incorporeality, or Quantum Unitary Field Dynamics (QUFD). But the primary 'differentiation' of QUFD is the very specific 'distinction' between Einstein's 'differentiated relativity' versus 'undifferentiated relativity'. 'Differentiated relativity' refers to the corporeal, material, physical world of our secular 'dimension' of everyday 'reality', as defined and described by Classical Newtonian Physics and Quantum Mechanics, where the human brain, automobiles, refrigerators, quarks and such 'hold sway'! On the other hand, 'undifferentiated relativity' refers to the INcorporeal, non-material, non-physical world of the non-secular and quantum 'dimensions' of Spirit (NOT 'Spirituality', or any other 'religious' - certainly NOT Scientology, which is a 'religion' - 'psychic', New Age, metaphysical or even philosophical description), which can be detailed scientifically as a BEC condensate-ground state of quantum Incorporeality, ranging from infinity to the smallest possibility, and which can also be described further, as to its 'dynamics', as adhering to the basic laws and principles of BEC Condensation as well as Complex Adaptive Systems Analysis and more! Of course, Einstein's Science of Incorporeality thusly describes the quantum realms of not only quantum Spirit, but also Mind, Consciousness (and Infinite Consciousness/God, as well as Lucifer!), Dark Matter, and other aspects and 'dynamics' OF such a Unified Field of the quantum fields and forces, including gravity (in which all fields/forces and gravity are zero or null). But the most important thing about such a unified field BEC condensate is the 'dynamics', of self-ordering, coherence, adaptability (to complex 'inputs'), sentience, decision-making and much more, that take place within such a unified-field ground-state. However, the very most important 'dynamic' of such a condensate, is its ability to create... LIFE! And thusly, Incorporeality of the Mind, Consciousness and the Cosmos, is the 'driving factor' underlying all of Corporeality and everyday Life and Reality!

This is what QUFD describes. A world beyond Classical Newtonian Physics and even beyond Quantum Mechanics (quantum 'entities', such as quarks, fermions, leptons, bosons, atoms, etc., DO NOT EXIST in a BEC condensate unified field!) In other words, ALL of 'Physics' today, as to the various sub-categories, such as Plasma Physics, Particle Physics, Atomic Physics, etc., applies to CORPOREALITY - NOT INCORPOREALITY! There is NO other description ANYWHERE describing 'UNdifferentiated relativity'! Such is the reason that QUFD is to be considered by both the IUPAP and the ICTP. (The QUFD website is already 'listed' with the UN and UNICEF as well as numerous scientific and philosophical organizations and databases world wide!)

And therein lies the 'problem', which is why, PJ, I am bringing this to your attention. Because the QUFD website is probably already 'listed', on the Telson Spur as well as numerous places elsewhere, under 'alternative physics' or some such 'categorization'. QUFD is NOT Classical Physics, NOR even Quantum 'Mechanics', in any way! It IS QUANTUM PHYSICS, as such discipline applies to 'undifferentiated relativity', or Incorporeality - the other side of the dimensional divide, where the everyday 'dimension' is Corporeality, whereas the quantum realms of INcorporeality are of a completely different DIMENSION, or dimensions! (Talk about 'parallel universes'!)

But, QUFD is not only the "How Things Work in Incorporeality/Spirit" handbook, but it also extensively and intricately describes the RESULTS of those decision-making 'dynamics' of Incorporeality, AS THEY APPEAR AND TAKE PLACE in Corporeality, or the everyday material/physical world of our daily LIVES! And thusly QUFD is not only Quantum Physics (NOT Quantum Mechanics!), but also Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Theology, History, and so much more!

Thusly, PJ, I ask that you seriously 'review' your listings of QUFD relative to the aforenoted information. As an individual Theoretical Physicist, seeking to declaim one's Research and Works more fully with UNESCO, the IUPAP website indicates that you may be the proper person to address with the Inquiry hereby forwarded unto yourself. (And I note the previous statement regarding the words "...more fully...", in that it is my understanding that the Works and Research I will herein refer to, have already and previously, over 8 years back, been 'listed' with UNESCO, such 'Listing', however, I am today unable to find nor confirm!) Also, I need to note herewith that 'Application' for current 'Listing' with the Philosophical 'Section' of UNESCO (Social and Human Sciences Division) is also presently in process, for the Research/Works herein noted.

Which Inquiry is thus: In that the already-established 'Commissions' of the IUPAP do not as yet include Research, Works and Members, notable for their Work in (Albert Einstein's) Science of Quantum Incorporeality, I, Father Jerome, wish to Propose the Creation of a new IUPAP Commission to address such specific Science. I have reviewed the existing Commissions and the particulars of such individual disciplines and find that none of the existing Commissions 'treat' or address such specific discipline.

In Brief Elaboration of the afore-going 'disclaimer', the Science of Quantum Incorporeality, i.e., Quantum Unitary Field Dynamics (QUFD), distinguishes itself from such aspects of Corporeality (Newtonian Physics, or Quantum Mechanics), as are so included in the existing IUPAP Commissions and Associated Commissions, to wit:

Low Temperature Physics (Commission): Although interface dynamics with Corporeality occur both at low temperatures and at temperatures extending into the Planck Scale, detailed explanation of such 'dynamics' beyond Incorporeality and into Corporeality are limited (in the human ranges) to the psychological, sociological and further personal and Societal 'results' of such 'dynamics, and the Science of Quantum Incorporeality does not address the quantum mechanical or Classical Newtonian Physics aspects of Corporeality, in that 'temperature' is a factor of Corporeal BEC condensates whereas Incorporeal BEC condensates of 'unitary' field-force construction are both atemperatural as well as atemporal. This is again distinguished by QUFD as the difference between 'differentiated relativity' (Corporeality) versus 'undifferentiated relativity' (Incorporeality). Although QUFD-Incorporeality does also 'treat' upon a limited astrophysical and quantum mechanical 'Cosmology', it does yet again limit its theoretical explorations of Corporeality to certain 'interface dynamics' (as Black Holes, Quarks, Leptons, etc.), preferring to 'explore' more fully the ramifications of 'unitary dynamics' within the Incorporeal condensate rather than without! As a 'conclusion' thusly, Low Temperature Physics and such other aspects of Corporeality, may be said to be limited to the popular book, "How Things Work (in Corporeality)!", whereas QUFD, Quantum Incorporeality, defines "How Things Work, in Incorporeality!"

Biological Physics (Commission): Again, we distinguish here between Corporeality and Incorporeality ('differentiated relativity' versus 'undifferentiated relativity'), with the Neurophysics of the Brain-Mind synapsial-junction 'interface' between the Corporeal Brain and the Incorporeal Mind being the limit of such 'excursions' into the physics of the Brain and its functioning. However, the Incorporeal-side of such 'interface' (the Mind!) is most thoroughly detailed and documented by QUFD, with the various 'dynamics' between interface-glia and the BEC condensate ground-states and further 'dynamics' (perturbations, points of criticality, levels of order versus chaos, sentience, decision-making and such) of the upper and lower individual local Mind, quite fully demonstrated and defined! And this is the forte of QUFD and the Science of Incorporeality, what distinguishes it from almost any other field or discipline - it goes into the Mind and the Incorporeality of Consciousness (or, as the Quantum Mind 2003 Scientific Conference has so noted, the (astrophysical) 'Dark Matter' of Consciousness and the Universe!), and defines it sufficiently so that a 5 year-old 'Mad Scientist' could understand QUFD!

Magnetism (Commission): In the BEC Condensate of Incorporeality, all the fields, forces and gravities of the quantum are null, void, unitary, therefore 'magnetism' does not apply thereto.

Structure and Dynamics of Condensed Matter: Okay, BEC Condensed Matter Laws and Principles do apply somewhat to a Unitary Condensate-Field (as defined by QUFD), but since we are within a unitary condensate, the very word 'Matter' and its associated quantum 'entities' (bosons, fermions, leptons, atoms, molecules, etc.), do not exist! Such is the very difference between a BEC Condensate of Corporeality versus a BEC Condensate of Incorporeality (where Axion particles of Consciousness, i.e., 'Dark Matter', are the only 'entities' and the 'dynamics' of what happens with these 'entities' in various operations of the complex adaptive 'system' that is such a condensate, as to self-ordering, adaptability, sentience and decision-making, are what is important!)

Particles and Fields: Refer to previous discussions.

Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics: Refer to previous discussions.

Plasma Physics: Whether at Planck Scale or not, 'plasmas' are Corporeal, not Incorporeal!

General Relativity and Gravitation: All such research, based upon Einstein and other research, has again been in relation to Corporeality! The Incorporeality of a QUFD unitary condensate-field excludes all entities, forces and fields of Corporeality and Classical Newtonian Physics and even of Quantum Mechanics!

I am proposing the 'creation' of an IUPAP QUFD Commission, for the reasons noted herein above. Although affiliated with the FIWD Institute, London (OA/OWB), an international organization which does extensively specialize in such topics and matters as QUFD does cover, the FIWD Institute is however of the OA/OWB's 'dimension' of London, and not of our secular 'dimension' (as fully explained by QUFD!) Although the OA/OWB did, aeons ago, reside herein this 'dimension' (as witness the Great Pyramid of Egypt and other monolithic-structures constructed by the OA/OWB and its Members!), it now limits its 'facilities' in secularity to OA/OWB Member-only access facilities. Thusly, this researcher is making this Request as the independent Theoretical Physicist and Philosopher that he is. I Trust that such personal status shall not impugn upon this Request.

As for 'accreditation', I admit to being the only 'expert' on QUFD, and although already recognized and acclaimed by the worldwide scientific community (to a limited extent), such 'recognition' can only provide 'accreditation' of my Works based upon their Merits alone (which requires an 'accreditor/evalulator' to have 'read' the entire QUFD on-line 'textbook', which, being the gigantic database that it is, would take several months of 'reading' and study, and at this time, I have no idea of who, in the world, may have already done so, to be able to 'accredit' what he/she has so learned!) Further 'accreditation' is, however, available by the oldest 'accrediting' organization in existence - older than any secular 'accrediting' organization - the Most Ancient Order of the OA/OWB, however only OA/OWB Members can 'access' such extra-secular and extra-dimensional 'realms' of Quantum Incorporeality and Consciousness, and only those Members know who they are! (A Membership 'Listing' of OA/OWB Members does not exist in secularity and I doubt whether I can obtain such a 'Listing' from the London OA/OWB office of the FIWD Institute!)

Thusly, Ms. Franz, I am herewith Applying for such new IUPAP Commission as noted herein above, for a Science/Field/Discipline, which has its origins in Consciousness and the Quantum Incorporeality of another (non-secular) 'dimension', but which uses the already known and renowned discoveries, Laws and Principles of secular and non-secular human 'history' to fully explain and detail the very 'dynamics' and Realities of such extra-dimensionalities as it does so define, declaim and demonstrate! I Trust that this Request will receive a most Sincere consideration by yourself and any further Boards of Review as may be necessary hereto such Request.

As to the actual 'Merits' of such Science and of QUFD, I do believe one need only look to the Web itself, as to the extent to which QUFD has already made its 'impact' upon the worldwide community and those individuals, agencies, organizations, universities, research institutes and academic databases, who have 'recognized' it because it IS what it says it IS, and in Being such, it DOES provide a most valuable 'Knowing' and Service to mankind! In other words, it DOES give mankind a 'glimpse' into a world-beyond-secularity, beyond the physical/corporeal, a world and dimensions that can only be explained relative to Consciousness and Quantum Incorporeality, but of which the 'Knowing' thereof, as to its myriad 'dynamics' and nuances, of both the quantum realms AND the Corporeal 'manifestations' therefrom and thereof, can surely help individuals, society and the world, more fully understand ourselves, our existence, our lives and our realities! Hopefully, such 'understanding' might then lead us all to make the 'hard decisions and choices', as to What might be done, to Change This World For The Better! Such IS the 'Purpose' of QUFD and the Science and Physics of Incorporeality!

[[11/17/03]Regarding QUFD 'listing' with Los Alamos NL. QUFD 'listing' was 'registered', date unknown and no longer available, as an 'Online website Link'(?), under a 'Condensed Matter' section, at xxx.lanl.gov, 1990 or later. However, subsequently, a Request (for Change) was made, noting that such Condensed Matter 'classification' was actually incorrect, in that QUFD does not pertain to 'Matter' at all but instead Condensed Non-Matter! To my knowledge, no further communication was received and whether LANL yet 'lists' QUFD as an 'Online website Link' is unknown.]
