Q. When did the label start?

A. Don Falcone and Karen Anderson.

Q. How do you decide what music to release?
A. Don is directly involved with the bands and projects on the label, either as a musician or executive producer. We do not accept demo submissions

Q. How many albums has Noh Poetry released?

Q. Do you sell releases by Spirits Burning?
A. We definitely do. We carry Spirits Burning and other bands and projects that Don has participated in, and that have been released on other labels. See "Distribution" in our catalog.

Q. Who does your mind-blowing artwork and design?
A. In most cases, Karen Anderson. We have also incorporated the artwork of Bridget Wishart, Al Stutrud and David Gulotta.

Q. Can I visit your office and hang?
A. Sorry, we are not open to the public. We are a small staff in a tiny office with a barky canine.

Q. Can I get a job at Noh Poetry?
A. Sorry, there are no job openings at Noh Poetry. Occationally, we will use other people's artwork.

Q. How can I get in touch with Don or Karen? I am a big fan.

Ordering Information

Q. Where can I purchase physical CDs of your music?
A. Since we are an artist-run label, it's always best to order directly from us. Visit our order info page. We use PayPal only. If needed, you can also order from one of our distributors (such as CD Baby).

Q. Where can I purchase downloads of your music?
A. For the best range of downloads (MP3, FLAC, WAV, and more), visit Bandcamp. You can also order from one of our distributors (such as CD Baby or iTunes).

Q. When will my order arrive? I placed an order on your website, and I still haven't received it!
A. Most orders ship within 72 hours. Sometimes it takes up to 10 days to receive your order. Foreign orders may take longer

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Only defective CDs will be exchanged for the same title within 30 days of purchase. Please email first for authorization before returning.

Q. How can I get my hands on your fabulous shirts, hats, and mugs?
A. They are made in the USA. by Cafe Press, of San Leandro, California.

Q. How can I get permission to use or license a song for a compilation, video game, video, school project, website, or other use?
A. Contact us with a proposal for song use. For example: SF/Bay Area director Monica Daniel has incorporated Fireclan's "Cliff of Fate" into her short video "The Dancer, A Short Film."
