FAQs

Welcome to the Web site of the Rotary Club of Fairhope! We are located in the beautiful town of Fairhope, Alabama, USA, and meet every Wednesday in the ballroom at Homestead Village at the end of Plantation Boulevard off U.S. 98 in Fairhope. Although our stated meeting time is 12:30–1:30, many of our members arrive at noon to get first crack at the buffet and enjoy more fellowship. If you are a Rotarian visiting in the area, we would love to have you join us—no reservation required; just show up and pay your $10 (to see what's on the program, click on our Upcoming Programs link; for a taste of what's going on in the club, read our current bulletin). For a list of other makeup opportunities in our area, see our Makeups page.

If you are interested in joining Rotary, please see our FAQs page.

Contact us via the Webmaster link below or write to us at P.O. Box 741, Fairhope, AL 36533-0741.

Our Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar

Samantha Williams, the Ambassadorial Scholar sponsored by our club in 2008, has now completed work for a master's degree in Development Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, while also working as an intern at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in Henley-on-Klip in Meyerton, south of Johannesburg. Samantha is back in the United States now, but is continuing to post to her blog to report her further adventures as a student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and beyond.
