Meetings

Meetings

Meetings are customarily held in the homes of members on the first Wednesday of each month.

Exceptions to this are the January meeting, which is held on the Saturday nearest to January 19 (the birthday of General Robert E. Lee), and the June meeting, which is held on a Saturday early in the month at the Fairfax Cemetery in Fairfax, Va., to honor the Confederate dead buried there.

Other changes in meetings are at the discretion of the officers and are announced to the membership on a monthly meeting notice card.

Some Saturday meetings are included in our yearly schedule to accommodate members who work outside the home.
