EZ Effects

A nice simple build that gets most of the Tube Screamer sound without the buffers and switching in the original.  I played around with various of the suggested mods and different types of diodes/LEDs, but ended up settling with pretty much the stock version from Runoffgroove. Nice sound, does not realy clean up with guitar volume knob changes.

This box is finished with adhesive backed paper (stickers). There's a company called Mrs.Grossman's that makes all kinds of stickers probably intended for scrapbooking. I found this one at the local art supply store. It looks like copper colored, recycled paper. I cut it, stuck it to the box and then used an ink stamp with white ink to apply the lettering. Finally, I sprayed clear glossy acrylic over the whole box.
