My third build is the Ruby practice amp designed by the Runoffgroove guys. This is a 1/2W LM386 based amp voiced to sound somewhat "Fendery". I used the NJM386D from Small Bear and an MPF102 in the buffer. I also applied some of the Bassman Mods, but left the drive knob for extra tweakability.

This time we tried to make the graphic look like a Tweed style amp.  The apparent flakyness or leather look was a happy accident of ironing for either too long or at too high a temperature :)  For speakers, I have a GK 4x10 bass cabinet with no head; and combined with the Bassman mods I get a great (and pretty loud) sound from either a single coil or humbucker guitar.  The single coil strat definitely sounds better though.
