Payment:
Day trips are paid in full at the time of registration or within 72 hours
if you register by phone. Seats will be assigned at the time of payment
and not before.Cancellations:
The cancellation fee for all trips is $2.00 per person. This is an administration
fee and will be applied regardless of when you cancel. Seats may not be
sold privately. We will attempt to do that for you.Notice: Please
arrange for your own transportation home for all day trips that return to
the Center after 4PM as the Center is closed. The office will not
be open for you to use the phone to call for a ride. Arrangements must be
made prior to the trip. Refunds:
A refund is issued ONLY if you cancel your reservation 4 weeks in advance
of the trip. Otherwise you will NOT receive a refund unless your seat is
sold. The bus will pick you up on Addison avenue so be sure to park your
vehicle in the large south Addison parking lot.
