Shipping Terms
I ship within the Continental US only. Shipping is done overnight, with heat or cold packs as appropriate. Shipping cost varies by location and package size, but the average is around $40-60. I reserve the right not to ship if weather is too cold or too hot on either end.
Guarantee
I guarantee live arrival provided someone signs for the package upon first delivery attempt. I also guarantee health for a week after shipping. You are responsible for notifying me of any problems within that timeframe. In order to claim a full refund on a dead arrival, you must provide some sort of proof from which I can ascertain that 1) it is indeed dead, and 2) it is indeed the same snake I sold. In order to claim a refund for health issues, return of the snake in question must be arranged and completed before a refund will be issued. Again, the snake returned must be verifiable by me as the same snake that was shipped in order for a refund to be issued.
