For many years work was just work, until I decided that my true passion was cooking and being in the kitchen. I have been cooking privately for the past 12 years. My passion is to create great tasting and innovative meals. I have been lucky enough to train in a “famous” L.A. restaurant and have cooked for a major L.A. benefit for hundreds of people. However, I find that being able to cook for small parties and especially families is what truly inspires me.
I am a proud member of the American Personal Chef’s Association. In addition to my Culinary Certificate, I have a Food Handler’s certificate and have completed mandatory courses in food sanitation. I am licensed and maintain liability insurance for your
protection.
