Greetings fellow harp players, my name is Ed Gallagher. I am a custom builder, repairer and modifier of harmonica microphones. I've been playing harp and making, modifying microphones for over 35 years. I've made every type of modification and repair to every type of microphone imaginable.

I also make custom chrome mini-bullets. These are small, light, chrome plated bullets in different models and configurations that are easy to hold but retain that vintage sound so sought after by harmonica players.

I usually have in stock:

Shure Black Label Controlled Reluctance,
Shure White Label Controlled Reluctance,
Shure USA Controlled Magnetic,
Astatic MC-151 Crystal,
and MC-127 Ceramic elements.

Most microphones can be fitted with most elements,
but there are occasional exceptions.

I use only the best available Switchcraft jacks,
mil-spec volume pots and machined aluminum knobs.
