The key to the success of ESCOR’s aeration control systems is our process orientation. We start with the aeration basin, and work back through the instrumentation to the control logic. We don’t force fit your aeration process into “standard” logic. This unique approach insures long term and stable process control with tuning that is intuitive for operators.

Plug flow, complete mix, contact stabilization, SBRs, nitrification / denitrification, aerobic digesters, equalization - it doesn’t matter. We’ve probably done it before, but even if we haven’t our process orientation and superior engineering capabilities are at your service. We can insure that your control system will provide trouble free and efficient control of your process.

  • D.O. control, blower control, and blower protection are all  provided by the same supplier - sole source responsibility and guaranteed compatibility.
  • Proprietary control algorithms respond to slug loads without hunting or sacrificing control stability 
  • Remote I/O panels can eliminate field wiring. 

    • ESCOR's integrated solid state design is more reliable than systems using independent controllers and relays for D.O., pressure, and surge control.

  • Can be readily customized for specific facility requirements. 
  • Operating setpoints can be easily and quickly changed using engineering units on the graphic touchscreen
  • Designed for both retrofit applications and new projects. 


Power:

  • Modular design allows additional features or new equipment to be incorporated into the ESCOR system at any time. 
  • Communication to SCADA systems. Any number of blowers or basins can be monitored by a single system. ESCOR has experience with data connectivity to almost any PLC or PC based communications system, including ethernet, Modbus RTU, and a wide variety of proprietary communications protocols. 
  • Inlet throttling, VFD control, and individual basin flow controls are available. 
  • Setpoints and operating parameters are printed for future use.
  • Centrifugal and positive displacement blowers, diffused or mechanical aeration.


The ESCOR system's hardware and program options can be combined to provide the system best suited to the needs of each wastewater treatment plant.
