About Me:
I am a young and a highly qualified attorney. For example, I was the only intern (1 of 2 people) working with the Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) for the state of Michigan. The MSA is an agreement with the 7 largest tobacco companies to pay 46 states an estimated $206 billion dollars. The MSA is the largest civil settlement in US history (more). Also, I interned with Harris County District Attorney's Office in the Welfare Fraud division.In law school I was active in both Moot Court and Mock Trial. I received a scholarship for academic performance and graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School – the largest law school in the United States, ranked by Judging Law Schools as twelfth for “Overall Rankings 2008” (more), and ranked by Princeton Review as sixth for having “Most Competitive Students.”
My specialization is litigation. Currently, I am working on an LLM in Tax at University of Alabama (online). The University of Alabama School of Law is ranked eleventh among public law schools and thirty-second among all law schools in the nation, according to U.S. News and World Report's 2009 edition of its annual "Best Graduate Schools" publication (more).
