1)         To assist in obtaining refinancing for those Home Owners who cannot otherwise obtain a loan due to bad credit and/or high Debt to Income Ratios, while eliminating their unsecured debt at a reduced amount.

3)         To educate Consumers as regards credit and credit related financing and assist in their financial stability, by allowing them to get relief from the burden of unsecured and revolving debt, utilizing their available equity where applicable.
