Objectives

1)                  To provide refinancing at competitive rates to those Home Owners who cannot otherwise obtain a loan due to bad credit and/or high Debt to Income Ratios, while eliminating their unsecured debt at a reduced amount.

2)                  To assist Non-Home Owners in eliminating their unsecured debt so as to increase their creditworthiness, and thus, their eligibility for lower interest home purchase loans.

3)                  To educate Consumers and assist in their financial stability, by allowing them to get relief from the burden of unsecured and revolving debt, utilizing their available equity, where applicable.

4)                  To further assist Consumers by ensuring they receive effective Budget Planning so as to avoid similar financial distress in the future.
