I have never come across anyone
in any business as kind, helpful, intelligent, and amazingly funny as your rep. He's
like a combination debt consultant, customer service professional, big brother, motivational speaker, psychologist, coach
and entertainer all rolled into one person...Any business with him on their team is going to thrive like crazy…

I just wanted to thank everyone
who has been working on my debts. The phone calls have stopped which is wonderful. I still get statements in the mail from Fingerhut, but file them away.

Your rep was very patient with
me in helping me…He walked me through several procedures to help me…His patience and persistence to get the problem
taken care of for me was applaudable.
He knew I was having a few problems
understanding some of the details he was telling me, but kept right there with me. I
have Multiple Sclerosis so it takes me a little while to take information and get it formulated to know what I need to do. He even taught me some things I didn’t know I could do, or had tried to figure
out and couldn’t get to work. Having [someone] of such nature is a great
value to a company.
I know this, was I was in banking
for 26 years before being diagnosed with this illness, and patience and persistence is a must when dealing with your customers. Especially if they may be frustrated or upset.
Your rep met up to all of these. I wasn’t upset, but he could tell
I was frustrated. We were able to laugh about it and get it fixed.
I am grateful that there is
an organization out there like you who help people like me who end up in situations that they didn’t count on happening
to them. (Being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and not being able to work
any more.)
Your company was one that I
never thought I would ever have to use as I was not looking at retiring at such an early age, with a loss of income. I am grateful that you are there and handling my financial situation.
