Emergency Dismissal
In the event of emergencies including fire, natural disasters or terrorist
attack, please note the following procedures:
- If we are required to exit the building, both children and staff will gather
on the sidewalk in front of the church on Country Club Drive. Parents will be able to meet their children at this
location.

If we must seek shelter within the building, both children and
staff will gather in the church basement until the danger has passed. If the situation permits, we will return
to the classrooms for dismissal. Otherwise, children will be dismissed from the church basement.
Parents will be notified of the emergency situation as quickly
as possible.
Snow Days
Epiphany Preschool will follow Fairfax County's guidelines for
school closings due to snow:

Fairfax County closed, Epiphany closed.

Fairfax County late opening (either one or two hours), Epiphany
closed.

Epiphany will make up snow days missed in excess of 3
days for our 4-year-old classes and 2 days for our 3-year-old classes
