Interior Redesign service utilizes what you already own to make your house into the home you have always wanted. It gives your house a smile!

We rearrange furniture, hang artwork, place accessories, and even help with de-cluttering problems if needed.  

Color consultation will help you select the perfect colors for your walls and accessories based on what you already own and love. Color consultation does not include the actual painting.

Redesign Staging, is a must for the home seller and listing agent. They only have those first few seconds to “wow” a prospective buyer, so make the most of those few moments by having your home look and feel its best.  Professionally styling a home for resale will help a home sell faster in a slow market and at a higher profit in a stronger market than homes that have not been staged. * 

            In-Home Organizing is a natural progression when someone is moving or is in the midst of changing their home.  As a proud member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), I can help you deal with all the "stuff" you have collected over the years.

Let Me Rearrange You will prepare the home going on the market by “decluttering” and maximizing the space to make the house “pop”.  Although we want to give the house a lasting impression to prospective buyers, we are also sensitive to the fact that the sellers are usually living in the home while it is still on the market. We will make every effort to maintain the comfort of the home, while making it a showcase to realtors and buyers. We use the homeowners’ furnishings to their greatest potential without the cost of renting new pieces, which increases the cost of the Styling.  An investment of a few hundred dollars can mean thousands more in the sale price and will speed up the process.

Usually for less than the cost of a new piece of furniture, your house will say “Welcome Home” by utilizing what you already own. It may be one room or a whole house – or just a few pieces of art or family photos that need to be hung properly, we can do this for you. By using sound design principles and lots of creativity, we will make your home what you have always wanted.

Where do we begin? The best place is in your home where we can discuss what you have in mind. Your lifestyle is uniquely you so I need to find out how you use each room and the things you have now. We can discuss how to utilize your existing furnishings to maximize their potential.

 Although we try to use only the existing furnishings by “shopping the house” and using what is there, we may need to suggest additional purchases such as a throw, candles, a table lamp, or other inexpensive items that will make it all come together, giving that designer look without the designer price tag!

Auntie Mame and her flamboyant decorating schemes sparked my interest in interior design when I was a small child and then I saw Doris Day and Rock Hudson in Pillow Talk – that’s all it took to convince me that I needed to get into the design field!  Marriage and family detoured my plan, but in January 2001, I launched my career in the new field of Interior Redesign with Let Me Rearrange You.  I immediately joined and have become an active member of the Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (I.R.I.S.) that is an international group of professionally trained interior redesigners.  My college degree in interior design was never completed and the Lord gets the credit for my color eye!  Some things just come naturally, I’m happy to say!  I was very fortunate to be invited to be a part of the “Shop the House” news segment on KCAL, channel 9 here in the Los Angels area and was seen in a tiny part on the It’s Christopher! show! (Great fun)

Let Me Rearrange your living space, making your home a haven.

REDESIGN:      The first place to start is with an in-home consultation. A typical consultation lasts about an hour and costs just $75. With your permission, I will take photos of your room and follow up with additional ideas and suggestions via email.

A full room redesign can cost less than a new piece of furniture and you’d feel like you have a whole new room! Quotes for a room are impossible to give without a consultation to see the room, the furnishings, and other factors

STAGING:      A comprehensive real estate staging consultation from front curb to back fence is $125. You (or your client) will have a complete guide when it is completed to get the home ready for a quick sale.

 When the “home work” is done, I return, usually with an assistant, to fine tune the furniture and accessories. This is usually accomplished for a few hundred dollars. Fees for preparing a home for sale are considered a "cost of moving expense" and, in most cases, tax deductible. 

COLOR CONSULTATION & SHOPPING:      We can discuss hourly fees as we chat about your project. I will do everything I can to work within your budget.
