NOTE: Staff in the above positions provide daily living needs and skills training for persons with developmental disabilities living in group homes or semi-independent settings. The successful candidate for these positions must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED equivalency.

2. Be able to communicate orally and in writing and be able to read, understand and follow written directions.

3. Be able to pass a criminal background and Adult/Child Protective Service check.

4. Possess a valid driver's license in good standing and have an available automobile with state required auto insurance.

5. Be able to meet the Agency's lifting requirement of 70 pounds.

          **ALL ENCOR STAFF MUST ATTEND DAY-TIME TRAINING** 

(Training is typically 2 Fridays in a row and 3 day Med Training class offered one time per month Tue., Wed., and Thurs.)

The Supervisor will hire, train, and supervise staff providing support to the individuals residing in the residential setting. Must meet requirements listed under DSP Residential, plus have 1 year paid experience working with developmentally disabled persons. Will be on a 24 hour on call.

Performs a variety of painting duties in and on buildings and equipment. Requirements include paid experience in the painting field, the ability to meet the Agency's lifting requirement of 70 pounds, and have a valid driver's license with 2 or less moving violations and no DUI's in the last 5 years. Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

Rural Transportation Van Driver

Provide transportation in an agency van for persons served by the Office on Aging. Must be 19 years of age. Must have a high school diploma, GED, or a minimum of 1 year professional driving experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and have no moving violations in the last 12 months, no chargeable accidents in the last 24 months, and never have been convicted of a DUI. Must have 20/40 actual or corrected vision. Must meet a 70 pound lifting requirement. Will have a varied work schedule between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Senior Help Program Assistant

Responsible for data entry, preparing correspondence, reports and other program related information. Maintaining computer and manual record keeping systems, telephone contact with client and volunteers. Detail oriented person with excellent communication, computer and organizational skills required. High School diploma or GED, two years paid clerical experience in a service orientated office, a valid driver's license in good standing, car and car insurance required. Monday to Friday, 6.5 hours per day, within 8am to 5pm.
