Facility Supervisor Full-time Bellevue	$2345/mo.	Responsible for the direct supervision of an assigned residential setting and the persons residing in that setting.  The Supervisor will hire, train, and manage staff providing care to the individuals living in the residential setting.  Will be on a 24 hour beeper. Must meet requirements of Residential Assistant plus must have 1 year paid experience in a community-based mental retardation program.
Program Manager/Van Driver Full-time Fremont	$10.68/hr	Provide persons served assistance at job site as well as transportation in an agency van. Must meet requirements listed under Residential Assistant and have a valid driver’s license with 2 or less moving violations and no DUI’s in the last 5 years.  Monday to Friday, day hours.
WSI Supervisor Full-time	$10.90/hr	Prepare individuals for competitive employment through on-site training within the business community.  Must meet requirements listed under Residential Assistant.  Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Job Coach Part-time Fremont	$10.90/hr	Provide training at a work site to persons placed in competitive employment. Must meet requirements listed under Residential Assistant.  Must be available to work all hours.
Registered Nurse Case Manager Full-time	.	Responsible for independently implementing the nursing process and administers skilled professional nursing services, care, and leadership while providing, delegating, evaluating and coordinating comprehensive professional nursing care.  This person will be responsible for the assessing, planning, securing and delivery of health and habilitation supports for individuals, and will accept responsibility for the direction, monitoring, and delegation of activities related to the provision of medication and additional activities by medication aides.  State of Nebraska licensed Registered Nurse or current RN licensure from a state participating in the “multistage privilege to practice” compact with Nebraska plus two years experience as a RN.  Must meet a 70 pound lifting requirement, have a valid driver’s license in good standing, car and car insurance.  Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with flexibility, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Baccalaureate degree in Social Work or related field, or State of Nebraska RN required. Previous work experience with aging and older adults required.  Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing, car and car insurance.
Senior Help Administrative Assistant Full-time	.	Responsible for maintaining record keeping systems, client and volunteer contacts, data entry, correspondence, reports and other program related information.  Detail oriented person with excellent communication, computer (Microsoft office applications) and organizational skills required.  Two years paid clerical experience in a service orientated office, a valid driver’s license in good standing, car and car insurance required.  Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Rural Transportation Van Driver Full-time	.	Provide transportation in an agency van for persons served by the Office on Aging.  Must be 19 years of age.  Must have a high school diploma, GED, or a minimum of 1 year professional driving experience.   Must possess a valid driver’s license and have no moving violations in the last 12 months, no chargeable accidents in the last 24 months, and never have been convicted of a DUI.  Must have 20/40 actual or corrected vision.  Must meet a 70 pound lifting requirement.  Full-time weekly hours vary, Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm.  Van will be picked up from a Cass County site.
Grandparent Resource Coordinator Part-time	.	Responsible for the implementation of a Grandparent Resource Center.  Will provide grandparents raising their grandchildren with resource materials, referral sources and information on support group meetings.  High school diploma or GED and 2 years experience or education in dealing with elderly.  Monday to Friday, 8 am to noon.

Educational Specialist Full-time	.	Teach in academic areas and have primary responsibility for an assigned classroom.  Assist in the development and implementation for behavior management, curricular, recreational, vocational, and other programs deemed necessary for the treatment and education of students at the school.  This position requires a NE. teaching certificate with a Special Ed. endorsement or credit hours toward this endorsement.  The ability to lift 75 pounds and a valid driver’s license in good standing (with no DUI’s) is required.  This is a 10 month contract position with year-round benefits.
Alpha School Secretary Full-time	.	Provide secretarial support to Alpha School staff.  High school diploma or GED, knowledge of proficient office procedures, and a valid driver’s license in good standing required.  Monday to Friday day hours.  This position is a 10 month school contracted position which will start August 1st.  The wage for this position will be pro-rated to receive a wage throughout the year, and full-time benefits (including insurance) will be provided throughout the contract year.
