Bob is originally from Massachusetts where he attended Marshfield
High School for two years and Sandwich High for two years. He was the #1 player all four years. He was league all-star, and
league champion in 1979 & 1980. Bob was ranked #20 as a junior and again at #8 as an adult tournament player. While attending
Southeastern Massachusetts University, Bob played for the varsity team while earning a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
in 1984. After working in Waltham, MA. for two years in that profession, Bob decided the tennis world provided the lifestyle
he preferred. He has been teaching for over 25 years and has worked with teaching legend, Vic Braden. In 1990, Bob received
his USPTA (P-1) Certification. He has been a Certified Racquet Stringer since 1987, and in 1994 was recognized as Master
Racquet Technician (MRT). Bob is currently a member of the Wilson Advisory Staff. He and his wife Rachel live in Osprey with
their son, Benjamin.

COURT RESERVATIONS
Court time may be reserved not more than 48 hours in advance for adult members and 24 hours in advance for juniors and
non-members. For night reservations you must reserve by noon of that day. Club may also close early in the case of bad weather.

Former Nationally Ranked Player
AAGPB Baseball Hall of Fame
In the 1970's, Sue achieved a #22 national 40 & over singles ranking as well as #4 singles & #2 doubles in New England.
At that time, she owned and operated her own tennis specialty shop while becoming the first USRSA Certified Racquet Stringer
in New England. As a former ladies professional baseball player in the AAGBPL (1951-54), in 1989, Sue was inducted into the
Cooperstown, NY Baseball Hall of Fame, and had an on screen appearance in the 1992 Penny Marshall movie, "A LEAGUE OF
THEIR OWN".
