Policies -
- Two night minimum
stay & one week at Christmas (Dec. 20 to Jan. 5)
Down payment of $200 per condo required when booked and balance
is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders and major
credit cards
will be accepted for payment
- All rates are taxable at 12.96% (State & Hotel Room
Tax) plus a cleaning fee.
- Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival
for refund of any deposits
(less a $10.00 processing fee). There is a 2 night charge for no show and/or early check-out.
- A Credit Card number is required for a Security Deposit
even if condo has been paid for. This is taken on our guest registration form and must be signed upon arrival or turned into
our office the next day if you are a late check-in.Your card will not be charged if there are no damages, losses or outstanding
charges.
CHECK IN IS 3:00 P.M. AND CHECK OUT
IS 11:00 A.M.
