Notes:
(1) The simple definition of misandry is defined as "hatred of men", Webster's New World College Dictionary, Forth Edition, IDG Books Worldwide Inc. Misandry is defined by me on my Web site as the "hatred of males" and further expands the definition to show examples of misandry.
(2) Other men and women have confirmed that Family Law Commissioner David Haet has altered court records and created forgeries in other cases. This has been his practice for at least the past eight years. The fact that judges and attorneys tolerate this behavior speaks to the wide spread corruption in the Solano County courts.
(3) Malicious discrimination is disapprobation on the basis of perceived creed, gender, national origin, race, social standing, or residence. This perception and an act malice or utterance of disparagement is sufficient to sustain this form of discrimination.
(4) Criminal harassment is the act of by any person who (a) falsely accuses another of a criminal offense. (b) deprives another of their freedom to act. (c) falsely exposes another to public hatred or ridicule.
(5) Abet means to incite, approve, ignore, conceal, help in, or promote (in this sense) wrongdoing. When abetment is proved, as specifically applied here, then the additional crime of obstruction of justice is proved.
