Testing for False Allegations of Domestic Violence

Touch DNA is Real

INTRODUCTION

Egalitarianism is a social idea that advocates the removal inequalities among people. It is also an effort that supports human equality in all matters including economic, political, and social rights. Once a person embraces Egalitarianism, all other distinctions are obsolete.

This going to be a longer essay than I had never expected. I started on February 4, 2009 and today is June 29, 2009. So I decided to add more material about myself, my qualifications, and my experiences. In this way, I hope to bring a better understanding and clarity to my work.

I completed my graduation requirements at Sonoma State College, now called Sonoma State University, in 1968. My major was Physical Science and Mathematics. Normally, a student could receive their Baccalaureate Degree with120 semester units but the graduation requirements were changed. I earned 163 semester units in four years and many were at the postgraduate level. If my memory serves, I was in the top 10 percent of my class. I do not like class ratings because they suggest something that has nothing to do with real world performance.

BERKELEY PHYSICS

In the 1960's, most lectures and examinations were given and graded by teaching assistants but at Sonoma State College a professor assumed these duties. Written examinations were common and standup oral examinations were not rare. One day, a visiting professor spoke about Berkeley physics and a student asked, does the physics in Berkeley behave differently than the physics in Rohnert Park or Cotati or Sabastopol?

Class size at the University of California, Berkeley could exceed four hundred students. The lecture was often given by a graduate student and not the professor who was probably working on a corporate or government-sponsored project. Class size at Sonoma State College could be as small as ten students so standup oral examinations were common but we also had to write a semester or term paper. If it was a term paper, it could not include subjects from a previous semester paper. So we had to use ibidem (ibid.) or the same place or opere citato (op cit.) in the work cited. I do not use such terms when I am writing to others because they may not know these terms. A good friend once said, ‘do not use a ten-dollar word when a penny could be used’.

Absolutism and Nazism

In my Junior year at Sonoma State College, Dick Gregory spoke about Black Power and less than 30 students and faculty members attended and I was there. Someone asked Mr. Gregory about Black Power and he quipped "would you consider another power?" I had to substitute the word ‘another’ for a very offensive word. However, both Mr. Gregory and Mr. Dellums have used this word in the title of their own books.  The point is that a year later an American born Nazi came to the campus in complete Nazi regalia. The crowd was far larger than was expected by college officials so they had to move the meeting place to the grassy field and ask for extra security.

I received only one failing grade and that was in philosophy so I had to take the course again. My final paper was ‘Human Freedom in a Thermonuclear World’ and the philosophy instructor was delighted. He called me in and asked how managed to write such a wonderful paper. My reply was that some persons see what they want see and hear what they want hear. Three years later Harry Nilsson would use these words in his own popular work called ‘The Point’.

The Work of the Feminazis is Real and Evil

The word ‘feminazi’ first appeared in dictionaries in 1989. The term ‘feminazi’ refers to an extremist, militant, aggressive feminist who is harsh, domineering, and dictatorial. I will use the word ‘feminazi’ in this and future papers. The doctrine of the Feminazis includes practices and policies of extreme change without accepting the consequences of that notion. For an example, the term misogyny originally meant ‘hate the queen’ referring to the excesses of Queen Mary the First and not the ‘hatred of women’ as claimed by the Feminazis.

Some years ago, a local newspaper printed a misandrious article about spousal abuse. It described the relationship between heartbeat and blood pressure. If his heartbeat was slow, normal, or high then he abuses women. If his blood pressure was low, normal, or high then he abuses women. In other words, no one could pass that test and is an example of pseudo science, a system of theories and fabrications that not scientific or true. The dubious right to lie and create false statistics has become the cornerstone of the feminazi conspiracy.

Some months ago, a woman wrote that one in three females will be a victim of domestic violence but she ignored the existence of same gender relationships involving females. So this woman lied by fabrication, commission, and omission. Her missive appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle in 2008. Just before I started to write this introduction (Monday, February 2, 2009), a Texas mother killed her two-year-old daughter to teach her manners.

What is a Lie?

A lie by deception is fraud, subterfuge, or trickery. Fraud always implies guilt. Subterfuge is the adoption of a stratagem or telling a lie to gain an advantage or to escape guilt by unlawful means. A lie by omission is the failure to say or write the complete truth. Double-dealing is an act that is contrary to a professed attitude that involves duplicity or deception or material alteration.

Material alteration is any change to a document that changes its legal effect. In other words, a material alteration changes the rights, interest, and obligations of the parties to that instrument. An instrument can be a legal agreement, a check, a video tape, an audio tape, a Digital Video Disk (DVD), or any other media. A lie by fabrication such as making a false statement or report is a factual falsehood.

Years ago, I worked for Ramtek, a graphics and imaging company. My fellow engineers and I observed that when change occurred in the Soviet leadership, the group photograph was changed by replacing the image of ousted official with the image of the new official. This is a lie of omission and commission.

Photographic Examination

I hope that I remember this correctly, Mel Brooks co-written and produced and directed a movie called ‘Men in Tights’. In this movie, a mole moved. Normally this would be called a continuity error but Mr. Brooks took advantage of this to make the motion picture a farce, a broad humor depicting pretense. I am not referring to the rodent, and referring a pigmented mark or spot.

There are many color models but I will use the Red, Green, Blue (RGB) color model in this essay. A pixel is a picture element and the RGB color pixel has three phosphors red, green, and blue. The three phosphors of an RGB pixel can be arranged as a horizontal line, a vertical line, a normal triangle, an inverted triangle, or a sequence of normal triangles alternating with inverted triangles.

Each phosphor is excited by an electron gun that controls the phosphor’s intensity. In an eight bit system, intensity is a number that ranges from zero to 255 where zero is the minimum intensity and 255 is the maximum intensity. If the intensities of three phosphors are equal, a gray scale shade is produced that ranges from black, through gray, to white. However, if the intensities of the three phosphors are not equal, a color scale shade is produced that ranges from black, through various colors, to white.

The Hue, Intensity, and Saturation (HIS) model defines color formation. The hue is the based color, intensity is the freedom from dilution with black, and saturation is the freedom from dilution with white. For an example, dark red is red diluted by black and pink is red diluted by white.

A three-color lookup table is partitioned to produce 256 entries of red, 256 entries of green, and 256 entries of blue giving 16,777,216 shades where 16,776,960 entries are colors and 256 entries are gray scale. This arrangement is easy to initialize because each partition is an exact duplicate of the other partitions. So the red partition defines the intensities of the red phosphors, the green partition defines the intensities of the green phosphors, and the blue partition defines the intensities of the blue phosphors. When the red, green, and blue intensities are equal, they define shade of gray ranging from black, to gray, to white.

Years ago, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) provided images of Io, a moon of Jupiter. The standard color lookup table with 256 entries didn’t reveal much. So I used a three-color (RGB) lookup table with 16,777,216 entries as was previously described and it revealed a volcanic explosion on the surface of Io.

Today, most cameras use charge-coupled device technology and many of these cameras include software that allows images to be stored on a computer for printing and analysis. It is important to remember is that the human perception of light and color is less linear and more logarithmic. However, an image can be manipulated without altering its original rendering. A library may have books that describe the process of analysis, enhancement, and printing of photographs. One is ‘Digital SLR Photography with Photoshop CS2' and another is ‘Adobe Photoshop Album’ and there are others.

Bruises

A bruise (also called a contusion) is an injury to the skin and underlying tissues that produces bleeding under the skin. Most bruises are caused by a sudden blow that compresses or crushes the soft tissues, such as the skin and muscles. A severe blow can penetrate to the bone and cause a bone bruise. Bruises are initially treated by the application of cold compresses, ice packs, or endothermic chemical cold packs. The chemical cold packs are preferred because they are easy to store, they do not melt or drip, and do not injure tissues by freezing the affected area.

Sometimes a bruise is caused by allergic reaction to aspirin or other substances. The abuse of aspirin, warfarin (coumadin) and the use of cosmetics and prosthetics can produce similar results. Furthermore, self-inflicted injuries or injuries inflicted by another person cannot be ignored.

Bruises are often initially painful and the body produces endorphins to ease the pain. As a bruise heals, the blood breaks down to pigments from red to blue to cyan and to yellow that are gradually absorbed into the bloodstream. However, the shape of a bruise can reveal the truth. Most bruises are not symmetrical but can have random shapes. The reason for this is that the capillaries are very small and like finger prints in identical twins, they are unique to each individual.  So it is important to use photographic means to record the location, symmetry, and color change of a bruise or other injury.

Splatter Back DNA

Touch DNA occurs when a person touches something. Another way of explaining splatter back is painting a painting a room with a roller. The faster the roller is moved or more pressure is applied, more paint splattered back upon the painter. For an example, when a person touches an object, a small amount of their DNA is transferred to that object and this why autoclaves remain in use. It is an apparatus for sterilizing instruments using superheated water under high pressure. When one person touches another person, a DNA exchange occurs. The amount genetic material exchanged is highly variable because it is dependent upon force and duration. This is called Splatter Back DNA and it requires only seven or eight cells from the outermost layer of skin.

DNA Testing in Context

A misnomer is the use of a wrong name or wrong designation. For an example, DNA finger printing is a misnomer because it does not involve the physical aspect of finger printing and finger print examination. For an example, DNA testing cannot distinguish genetically identical persons. However, each person has a unique set of fingerprints. DNA testing examines the genetic evidence and the fingerprint test examines the non genetic evidence. So proper testing requires both genetic and non genetic evidence.

Edge detection is the graphic analysis of a photograph, an image, or a graphic design. It used in structural models to show the effect wind, explosions, earthquakes, or any other hazzard that can affect the integrity of a structure. Edge detection can also expose false accusations of spousal abuse. I was going to write more on edge detection but it is complex and the Internet has several articles on this subject.

When I began my paragraph on photographic examination, I wrote about continuity errors, I was referring to pigmented mark or spot. These spots do not move and as the body produces endorphins to ease the pain. As the bruise heals, the blood breaks down to pigments from red to blue to cyan and to yellow that are gradually absorbed into the bloodstream. Position and color change can be detected and recorded.

The first detection method is blood testing for certain drugs and such as aspirin, warfarin, and other drugs that can cause that can cause extensive bruises. Bruises do not move but they may expand in the red to blue transition and most people know this process.

In 1993, Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP) testing was available but it required a large amount of genetic material. Police laboratories were not secure and often did not meet the minimum requirements for proper testing. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing became available in the latter part of the 1990's. Gradually computers and computer software automated the preparation and the DNA detection process so that human complicity (a wrongful human act) was removed.

THE NON GENETIC EVIDENCE

Non genetic evidence is sometimes called physical evidence because it does not include any genetic evidence. A notion cannot be both true and false for this would be a contradiction.  The concept of psychological projection is the formation of a plan (scheming). It is the false attribution one’s own ideas and blaming others as a defense against one’s own anxiety. For an example, Mary claims that John abuses her when actually Mary abuses John.

Mary leaves home at 11:30 a.m. with Peter who is not her husband. They return at 7:20 p.m.. Mary has prepared a false power of attorney that authorized a bank to place John’s bank account in her name. Mary has maxed out John’s credit cards. Peter attempted to place John’s car in his name but that failed because Peter did not have the certificate of ownership.

At 4:00 p.m., Mary personally contacted the police and falsely accused John of spousal abuse. There is no record of an emergency 911 call. This non genetic evidence proves that Mary and Peter had conspired against John. Mary exhibited a black saddle bruise on the bridge of her nose. This could have produced by a cosmetic and her thumb and her index finger. This would produce the symmetry of a false saddle bruise. Several days later, the bruise disappeared. The bruise was not the right color and most bruises do not disappear that quickly but change from red to blue to cyan into yellow before disappearing.

During the divorce trial, Mary displayed several documents. One letter was purportedly from an employment agency. The problem with this letter, was that it did not show the proper letterhead, date, and contact information. The agency did not exist and the date referred to a Sunday.  The evidence also showed that Mary was intercepting John's mail by diverting it to her own address.
