Beginning on September 30, 2009, the British courts will be allowed to issue a restraining order against any man who has been acquitted of a charge of domestic violence. This is strange because an acquittal is a legal finding that an individual charged with a crime is not guilty and must be set free. This means that any restraining orders against the accused become a nullity with no legal force or validity.

Domestic violence is one of those crimes that is easy to claim and hard to refute. The problem with domestic violence is that there are usually no witnesses. So false allegations of domestic violence are what she says and what he says and she is always right despite the facts. This is called Catch-22, a problem whose only solution is denied by the problem. The British initiative will punish the innocent and reward the liar.

A Feminazi is an extreme feminist who has created and believes in their own big lie. They believe that if they repeat their lie and repeat it often then others will believe that the lie is true. So they choose to lie with false statistics. Let’s go back in time.

On or about October 19, 2001, the Boulder Public library director wanted to maintain a "politically neutral" space. However, she allowed "Art Triumphs Over Domestic Violence" sponsored by the Boulder County Safehouse to be displayed in the library. This display reportedly included more than 60 works relating to domestic violence by men. The controversy should have focused on this fact, displaying ceramic severed penises and called it ‘Hanging ‘Em Out to Dry’ is not politically neutral. It is proof of their misandry through their Große Lüge (Big Lie). Repeat a lie and repeat it often so that others will believe that it is true.

This display was first made public about October 19, 2001 just 38 days after the attacks on September 11, 2001. Obviously, their display "Hanging ‘em out to dry" was conceived before the attacks and the connection between the two could be coincidental. However, the pornography of the severed ceramic dildos illustrates their wanton ways of violent misandry. It is a classic example of planning and scheming that is not coincidental.

Adultery is voluntary sexual activity between a married person and a person who is not their spouse. Many of us who write about domestic violence have observed that false allegations of domestic violence by women are related to their own adulterous conduct. It is easier to falsely accuse a man of domestic violence than to defend against a charge of adultery.

As I began this essay, I wrote that domestic violence is a crime that is easy to claim and hard to refute because there are usually no witnesses and the accuser wanted it that way. This is called a contention without proof. Aid and abet is simply an act of encouraging or assisting another in the commission or attempted commission of a crime.

Susan Murphy-Milano wrote a book called ‘Defending Our Lives’ and K. J. Wilson wrote a book called ‘When Violence Begins at Home’. This was their advice. Wait until you know that there are no witnesses then dial 911, scream, and the rip the phone from the wall jack. If the police cannot find your husband, they will charge him with the crime of evading custody and domestic violence although he did not commit a crime.

Psychological projection includes the forming of a plan and this is called scheming. More often, psychological projection is the attribution of one's own ideas, feelings, or attitudes to other people. In this sense projection is an externalization of blame. Psychological projection is explained this way. Alice abuses Bob but Alice claims that Bob abuses her. So Alice contrives a plan to blame Bob for her own conduct and so the phoney abuse excuses continue.

Splatter back occurs when a person strikes another person so that the victim’s DNA splatters back on the assailant. When boxing was popular, a ringside photographer could record the splatter back of material from the victim to the assailant. Painting a room with a roller demonstrates splatter back but spraying a large friendly dog with water is an easier way of demonstrating splatter back.

Touch DNA is different because it does not exhibit a splatter back pattern. Instead it exhibits a DNA exchange. DNA exchanges are common a simple sneeze close to another person may result in a DNA exchange.  However, a sneeze would exhibit a spray pattern rather than a touch pattern.  A more complete coverage of touch and splatter back DNA is available on my website at Touch DNA .
