Introduction

Throughout the 1990's, women dominated the Internet and they asserted that they were the superior gender and others came to believe that. Our local libraries carried books that indoctrinated women into believing that could do almost any illegal act and get away with it. These books told women how falsely to claim abuse by calling 911 and throwing the phone out the window. So the broken window, her sobbing, and her false accusations would be more than sufficient to arrest her husband though he was never there.

I established the Abused Men’s Area with the purpose of bringing truth to an Internet which women dominated and claimed that they were superior to men. This meant, to them, that they had the right to control men and steal their property. The key point is that they enjoyed this sense of superiority because it leads to a satisfying sense of resolution and afterglow. That is why these women thought that they were the superior gender. However, other authors chose a different tack. These writers chose to connect these persons to foreign ideologies of oppression.

So some authors chose to relate these women to the Nazis and in 1989, the term ‘Feminazi’ entered our lexicon. Similarly, other authors chose to relate these women to the Chinese Communists because these particular women’s groups used Mao Zedong’s book (The Little Red Book) for their doctrinal guidance. They became the ‘Redfem’s. So while these women call themselves feminists, they are not because they oppose the Equal Rights Amendment that is the true foundation of Feminism.

Information on Sexual Assault and Sexual Battery (Rape)

Any person can become a victim of sexual assault and sexual battery and the perpetrator can be either female or male. The most important element in proving the crime is the preservation of evidence and time. Go to the nearest medical facility and get help without delay. The Federal Government and state program will pay for this. They also can arrange the payments so the victim will never have to pay the deductible portion of your private medical coverage for those who have it. This means that a victim will never have to pay for this because the government is the custodian of this evidence.

About Date and Time - The reason that I am including date and time in this essay is that I do not appreciate fudge words. One example is commonly found in police reports, ‘on or about’. Was it at 9:00 A.M. or was it between 6:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.? A fudge factor is an arbitrary value used to provide a sufficient margin of error to  avoid commitment (a lie).  Now most people measure time according to clocks, seasons, the lunar cycle, the solar cycle with many devices. People do not measure time backwards because the future holds a more urgent interest than the past. Such as when will the Nile overflow, when should I plant the crops, or when will Caesar and Cleopatra return?

In the old style of dating, A.D., is the abbreviation for Latin ‘ano Domini', which means, in the year of our Lord.  In 532 A.D., the monk Dionysius Exiguus introduced a system of dating events, beginning with the year he believed Jesus Christ was born. In this system, the year of Christ's birth was A.D. 1, and the year before that was One B.C. (Before Christ). Modern scholars believe Christ was actually born by One B.C. but people still determine dates using the original system. When a writer mentions a year without using either abbreviation, readers should assume that the year was in the 'year in context'.  Since there is no year zero in this dating system, so the calculation of an interval between a date in a B.C. year and the same date in an A.D. year requires two steps. Add the numbers representing the years and subtract one. There are several alternate dating systems that do not refer to Christ. There is the ‘B.C.E.’ system where Common Era (C.E.) replaces A.D. and Before Common Era (B.C.E.) replaces B.C.

There is little known fact that has its origins in astronomical observations. Long ago, civil time began at noon because people could see the sun at its highest point in the sky. That is probably how the phrase ‘high noon’ entered our language. Crossing the international date line at ‘high ‘noon’ means that it is midnight at Greenwich, England the next day.

Time is measured from the prime meridian in Greenwich, England that is located zero degrees west longitude. When a person travels west, the longitude increases and when a person travels east, the longitude decreases. The International Date Line is located at 180 degrees west longitude that is also 180 degrees east longitude. Crossing the International Date line from the east adds a day to your calendar and crossing the International Date line from the west subtracts a day from your calendar. This was fact was illustrated in Jules Verne’s novel ‘Around the World in 80 days’ when Phileas Fogg circumnavigated the world from east-to-west in 80 days.

Abusive Women in Historical and Present Context - The Book of Proverbs, is a book of the Hebrew Bible and the Old Testament of the Christian Bible. According to tradition, King Solomon wrote it. This might not be true because some parts of the Book of Proverbs were written before the birth of Solomon. Some scholars believe that these notions came from various periods in the history of Ancient Israel.  The many versions of the Christian Bible and are a result of language differences and presentation. Presentation often refers to the order or arrangement of material.

There are a several versions of the bible and more information is described in The World Book, 2005 Deluxe Edition. I chose the King James Version of the Holy Bible because I am more familiar with its arrangement.  The concepts of false rape and adultery appear in the book of Genesis Chapter 39 while the concept of angry and brawling women appears in Proverbs.  It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house - Proverbs (21:9). It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and angry woman. - Proverbs (21:19).

Solomon’s wisdom is expressed in the First Book of Kings (3:16) through (3:27). The First Book of Kings is commonly called Third Book of Kings. The account begins with two women who came to the King and stood before him.  The matter was that one woman smothered her child and claimed that the other women's child was her own.  So she took the ‘my way or no way’ approach. If she could not have her own child, she wanted to make sure that the other woman could not have her own child.

Nearly all instances of newborn theft in hospitals are committed by females and most of these instances are not publicized for the sake of the child and the privacy of the parents. Battered child syndrome is a complex of physical injuries by a grossly abused child. Most of these injuries are attributed to abusive mothers or abusive females in the role of a baby sitter, nanny, or an Au Pair.  This is why some families have installed miniature camcorders in their homes.

NOTE:  An 'au pair' is usually young foreign female who cares for the children and does the domestic work for a family in return for room and board and the opportunity to learn the family's language.  A governess is female who supervises and teaches children in a household and she is not a servant though she may live on the estate. 

Accuracy, Precision, and Soap - Accuracy is the difference between the true value of a numerical expression and the expressed value. For an example, what is the value of one-third? One third can be expressed as (1/3) or (0.3333...) and most of us know that 1/3 is larger than (0.3333...). So all the precision in the world cannot make "(0.3333...)" equal to 1/3 and so "(0.3333...)" is always less than 1/3. This is also true with many other numbers. So avoid the ostentatious because these women are trying to blindside you with false statistics (One out of every three women will be abused by their husbands this year) - San Francisco Chronicle 2008.

The other use for the word ‘precision’ is the ability to reproduce a product without any variance. If a person wanted to buy a screw that they lost, they would want the screw to fit the diameter and thread of the hole where the screw would fasten the part. Anyone who had to buy a screw or a nut to fix something might know a lot more about that (my emphasis added)!

In the 1880's a chemist determined that 56/100 of the ingredients in Ivory soap was not soap. So Proctor (before it became Proctor and Gamble) wrote the slogan that its Ivory’s soap was 99 and 44/100 percent pure. In another inadvertent discovery, a workman forgot to stop the machinery that was producing the soap and air was added to the mixture. Subsequently, Proctor added to its slogan in 1891 that its Ivory soap floats. This was and still is a desirable feature, especially if you are sharing the tub.

For help with finding a program, see the Start Menu.  To add an icon, locate the item that you want to create a shortcut for.  Then right-click the item, click Send To, and then click Desktop (create shortcut).  The shortcut icon should appear on your desktop.  To remove an icon, Right-click an icon on the desktop, and then click Delete. To add or remove common desktop icons (not always recommended), click to open Personalization. In the left pane, click Change desktop icons. Under Desktop icons, select the check box for each icon that you want to add to the desktop, or clear the check box for each icon that you want to remove from the desktop and click OK.

Air Bags and Large Vehicles - The only reason that air-bags were installed in cars was that drivers and passengers refused to use their seatbelts, shoulder harness, and head restraints. The head restraints were designed to prevent whiplash that causes injury to the neck that is part of the spinal column. If the spinal column is broken, the victim may not survive. The problem was that air-bags were dangerous to children and small persons.  So the government decided that small children would be placed in the back seat. Many manufacturers failed to include the shoulder safety belt and harness assembly with an adjustable head rest for the passengers in the back seat. Unfortunately, the head rest in the back seat created another problem, the driver could not see either by direct observation or with the rear view mirror.  Moreover, trucks and sport utility vehicles created another problem, they obstruct the vision of drivers in smaller vehicles.  Try backing a car from a parking place when you can’t see past the vehicle or trailer parked next to you. The solution is this; move the parking area for vehicles that exceed specific dimensions to a different place so that others can safely see.

An Idea to Change the Terms of Implication to Terms of Opposition - I do not like the words ‘defendant’ and ‘respondent’ because these words infer and imply guilt. That is why no one should use them. The use of ‘adversary’ also falls into acts of inference and implication. In other ways, lawyers design this thrust of language to move jurors to believe that other evidence has been kept from them. The problem is that the language is pejorative and incorrect because the person who opposes the State’s claim is the opponent. Although, 'opponent' is not used in contemporary law, a person can insist on using it before the hearing begins. In addition, a male litigant may oppose the use of pejorative male pronouns in any utterance that is likely to defame him. So the problem is that although the legal process may have exonerated him, his accuser still goes free and most people would not know that. That is why 'Opponent' is the proper term for any person who opposes a false accusation.

The right to speak freely is one of the most important rights that we share and remains the ultimate rendering of what we write. However, a United States District Judge has ruled that the act of lying is not a compelling reason to restrict or stop it. My point is that the founders created the First Amendment to protect political speech, religious freedom, and freedom of the press but it did not say anything about lying. This is why men have lost their rights and property to those who have lied and that is what this website is about.

Did you know that when the judicial process acquits a man of abuse, that a judge may still restrict his freedom? This means that accusers do not have to worry when they maliciously accuse their target. This is no restitution, imprisonment, or fine. So we have to make the penalties for false allegations against men higher then they are now. This does not present a Constitutional problem because the proposal removes the flaw of malicious antimale activism and restores the truth to its proper place in ideals of human conduct.

Application Testing to Find the Best Tool - There are many ways of solving a problem and application testing is designed to reveal the best way to approach a problem.  The magnitude of any value is its quantity or extent. For an example, adding one to any value increases the value’s magnitude but in which direction? The direction is the extent in two’s complement addition. For an example, the addition of two and four gives six but the sum of minus two and minus four is minus six. So the problem is not so much about simple addition, the problem is expressing this concept in simple American Standard English - if there was ever such a language.

For an example, given a barometer, how does a person find the actual height of a building?  One way to solve the problem is by dropping the barometer from the top of the building and measuring how much time for it to splatter on the concrete below. This would work in a complete vacuum but would fail on Earth due to the presence of atmospheric drag.

Another way to solve the problem is measuring the length of the barometer’s and the building’s shadow. Since the height of each object is proportional to the length of its shadow, the height of the building can be determined from the length the building’s and the barometer’s shadow.  The easiest way to determine the height of the building is to go to the agency that issues plans and building permits and find its height. In this instance, the solution was to find the right person and ask questions.

Initially, ABO blood testing was used to ensure that a person would receive the right type of blood. This meant that the donor’s blood type had to be identical or compatible with the blood type and rhesus factor of the recipient. If this was not so, the recipient could die. Later, Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) testing helps physicians to determine that an organ or tissue from a donor can be safely transplanted into a particular patient. Neither test was designed to identify a specific person, they were designed to save and improve the lives of others.

DNA testing evolved somewhat differently and I wrote a precis about that in another paper on my website. DNA testing cannot differentiate between genetically identical persons but physical evidence can such as finger prints. So application testing and physical evidence can be used to prove guilt or innocence without the use of expensive DNA testing.

For an example, if someone found the mirror image of a person’s fingerprints on a ceiling that is twelve feet high (the opposite of what they were supposed to be), then they were planted. Finger prints are mirror images. So a mirror image of a mirror image is a forgery. Also, wouldn’t the height of the ceiling that is twelve feet high be a factor especially when the person was only 5 feet and 6 inches tall?  This factor is called context - the circumstances that are not a part of an event and those that are.

Armageddon and Chaos - The United States Congress had decided that females who did not attain the age of 21 years could not enlist in the military but males who had attained the age of 17 years and six months could. That was considered a feature because when he turned 18, he could be drafted into the armed services so that women and the wealthy could become wealthier.

Bayes Rule - My word processor does not have a satisfactory set of special symbols that are a formal part mathematical and logical notation. Furthermore, some web browsers and programs do not reproduce what I would write to what a reader would see. This is why I might not use standard notation.  Suppose 3.9 percent of the population test positive for a particular disorder but only 1.9 percent of the population actually has the disorder.  Worst yet, the test only gives a positive result for this disorder 80 percent of those who actually have this disorder.  This says that :

• Pr (D+)         = 0.019

• Pr (T+)         = 0.039

• Pr (T+ | D+) = 0.800

First, fill in the then known values (in yellow) and the expected value (cyan).  Subtract the known values from the expected value, giving the differences (in green).

Look at the bottom row: 1.000 minus 0.019 is 0.981. Look at the rightmost column: 1.000 minus 0.039 is 0.961. Now, rewrite the table without colors and find the intersection between D+ and T+.  In this case it is:

•  Pr (T+ x D+)  = 0.800 x 0.019 = 0.0152.

Now, rewrite the table without colors. Add a trailing zero to clarify the arithmetic.  Then and fill in the blanks and color them.

Solve the problem by Pr (D+ | T+) =  0.0152 / 0.390 = 0.03897.  In other words, less than 3.9% who test positive for this disorder actually have it.

Bunions - Women who wear high heeled shoes with narrow toes often have bunions. A bunion is an inflamed swelling of the small fluid-filled sac on the first joint of the big toe accompanied by enlargement and protrusion of the joint. Prevention is very simple. Avoid wearing narrow pointed shoes and boots, especially those with high heels. The pain can make most anyone cranky. Beside that, these shoes can deform your feet as the Chinese women did with 'foot binding'. The shape of their feet resembled the shape of their shoes.  This practice is painful and ugly.

Camcorders in the Home - Domestic Violence is a ‘she said, he said’ situation and what she says is always believed in our present society. I am now endorsing the use of miniature camcorders in homes of men who are being abused or could be abused by their wife or by other family members. These cameras are activated by voice, motion, body heat, or disruption of a signal and the camcorder time signal is based on Universal Time Coordinated (UTC).

This is an atomic clock that has very stable characteristics and is based on both atomic and astronomical measurements. These camcorders have a built-in radio receiver that decodes the time signal from the national time base radio station of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The station is controlled by an atomic clock in Fort Collins, Colorado. Its accuracy and precision are millionth of a second (a microsecond).

Some might call this endorsement excessive. Most spousal abuse of husbands is done out of the presence of witnesses. Even if there are witnesses, most would take the attitude that he deserved it; what did he do to her?  A camcorder cannot lie when it is using UTC as its time stamp and battery backup units are used to maintain system power during electrical outages or deliberate disruption of power. This makes it harder for an abusive woman to falsely claim  abuse.

No one wants to put a camera in a room where privacy is expected but many instances of abuse do occur while the husband is sleeping. One solution is to have separate bedrooms but that might not be practical. Another solution is a remote control device disables or enables the camera.  There are two types of alarm systems one type is hard wired and the type is wireless. Wireless units are useful in a home, in an apartment, or in a condominium. You may want check with the apartment owner or the landlord or the condominium association to determine what kind alarm system is approved. In hard wired homes, you may what to check with local authorities, such as the building inspector, to determine what kind of alarm system is approved. You may be required to have a building permit and an inspection local authorities.

Most home based camcorders use long play tape or DVR technology because DVR's can record and store 40 or more hours of information. Some manufacturers have also developed systems that record programs on special DVD's, discs of the same size as compact discs, but can hold far more high quality information.  Recording most anything in your home is legal. That is why some people install wireless cameras and recorders in their home.

Civil Disobedience - There is something good about moral opposition to an unjust state.

Common Web Page Format - Each web page will have common properties so that I can make each page consistent and readable, and at other times, unique. For an example, a page may consist entirely of text while another page may have text and visual representations such as charts, diagrams, and photographs.  Clicking File Properties in the File Selection will show three sections of interest: General, Background, and Custom.

In the General Section the only item of interest is the Web Page’s title. As with any title, it is supposed to tell the reader something about the material to be presented.

The Background Section is used to describe the page’s background appearance. For an example, a writer may what a light grey or tan background or use a patterned background that is sometimes called a wall paper. There is a special background called a ‘water mark’ that imitates a marking or design in paper produced by a processing roll or mold. It is visible when the paper is held to a light and its texture can be felt by the hand. The most common example of a kind of water mark is embedded in currency.

The Custom Section allows a person to define ‘User Variables’. As this expression explicitly indicates, User Variables are invented by the person creating the Web Page to attract potential readers and help ‘search engines’ to find a web page that meets the user’s requirements. For an example, I use the Custom Section for ‘Keywords’, ‘Content’, and ‘Description’. Microsoft uses the Custom Section for Generator and ProgID. On my system, the Generator is "Microsoft FrontPage 5.0" and the ProgID is "FrontPage.Editor.Document".

Consent is the Deciding Evidence - Using data collected in 2006, the Justice Department guessed that women had reported only 41 percent of the sexual assaults on them. This is a strange statistic because sexual assault is usually associated with an attempt to rape, that is difficult to quantify, while sexual battery is the actual act of rape. This is how it occurs. Suppose two persons have consensual intercourse. Then later, one party (usually the female) decides to turn the issue into rape. In the past, it was matter of whom to believe (she said, he said) and it did not make any difference whether she claimed rape immediately or years later. He was guilty and to prove it the Federal Government decided to allow the use of ‘Jane Doe’ rape kits. This meant that a woman who had consented to sexual intercourse with some man years ago could accuse a man of rape.

Cycle of Abuse - A person who abuses others is often self absorbed with themselves and with the power they crave.  They are narcissistic in the sense that they believe that they are superior and often have extreme contempt towards the rights and needs of others.  The following four drawings illustrate the worsening cycle of abuse. The first and last elements are always related such that the last precedes the first.  The following row shows the five stages in the cycle of abuse.  The first and last elements, regression to old behavior followed by mood swings, are related.   

The second stage is characterized by the lack of genuine remorse.  The abuser is now enjoying the emotional damage that he or she is inflicting on their partner or relative.

The third stage is often called the pins and needles component of the worsening cycle of abuse because the victim never knows when the abuser will offend again.

By the last stage, the abuser is completely seduced by their own sense of omnipotence and supremacy. They have become addicted to their own exhilarating abusive power over their victims. When their victim tries to end the relationship and escape the abuse, abusers often pose as a victim to punish their prey.

Not all abusive persons follow the worsening cycle of abuse but many do. This presentation is one of many patterns of behavior found in abusive relationships. End the relationship upon the first episode of abuse.

Creating a data CD in Windows 7 or Vista:  (1) Insert a blank CD or DVD into the disk drive. (2) From the Start menu, open Computer. (3) Navigate to and select the files you want to put on the CD. Divorce, Women, and Income - According to ABC News, women lose about 45% of their income after divorce. That means that their husbands were earning 55% of the family’s income and so the claim that women were earning 75 cents for every dollar that a man earned was not really true.  So these women are now single and possibly without dependents and the government sees this as an opportunity to fleece the unmarried population. So when I worked for several major defense contractors in the 1970's, I had to refuse a raise because I would be losing more money to taxes than I would receive in spendable income. This was not an instance where my earnings failed to increase. I was in a situation where my real income declined because I was not married.

Divorce and Women -  If divorce is bad for women, then why do they file more than 80% of the divorce cases? The reason is clear, they get the home, the children, and nearly everything that their husband has. On the other hand, he gets the bills and an undeserved reputation. Many courthouses have special packets for women and paralegals to help them. She signs the forms and her husband no longer has a home but he still has to pay the bills and her legal fees.  This is called sexism - discrimination against men.

Due Process: Due process refers to formal legal proceedings that occur regularly according to previously established rules and the precepts that support those rules. It also requires that the laws do not contain provisions that result in unfair or unreasonable treatment of any person. Since the government created the problem of false allegations, its victims are entitled to receive substantive due processes. That is why probable cause is the required element for arrest. However, this also means that any increase in the number of false allegations lowers any standard that depends on probable cause as a required element of arrest. So by increasing the number of arrests, the legal standard for probable cause becomes lower. So at some point, the police could arrest persons for being male. This is why the alleged victim and the arresting office must authenticate their reports under the penalty for perjury. The proof must lay with the accuser and not with the accused. However, in many jurisdictions, neither the accuser nor the officer has to attest the truthfulness of their own words and reports. This omission shows that the authorities expected them to lie.

Embassies - Embassies are located in the sovereign territory of the host country and the Vienna Convention states that the local government foreswears the right to enter an embassy. Diplomatic immunity protects the diplomats who are working inside. This means that an building can be a host to several consulates and embassies and other establishments.  Embassies are usually located in the capitol of the host country or close by.  Consulates are usually placed in other important regions of the host country.

Encryption Software - Sophisticated encryption software has surpassed government's ability to seize computers and gather evidence in criminal cases. The problem is that current safeguards and cryptographic software can make it nearly impossible for anyone but the owner to use their computer. So the issue has become this, can the government force a person to make his computer available for government inspection, although it might incriminate the owner?

To begin, computers can be protected by passwords because this is a common feature in most operating systems. However, these features have raised questions about whether turning over a computer password amounts to a Fifth Amendment violation against self-incrimination. So the question is this, can a court order a defendant to turn over an unencrypted version of the hard drive on their computer? However, the problem is that the defendant may be unable to produce a decrypted hard drive and the person who did encrypt the computer is not on trial. Furthermore, the encryption method may include a ‘trap door’ that prevents decryption.

Federal prosecutors argue that such features prevent the government’s access to private encrypted computers and that makes it impossible for them to prosecute child exploitation, drug trafficking, and terrorism. But that raises a problem because once they have the key, anything that rises from that process is suspect because the prosecutors now have the key that they didn’t have before. In other words, they changed the circumstances and now they can change the computer’s hard drive storage to contain what they want to plant or remove.

Reportedly a judge ordered a person to turn over an unencrypted copy of their hard drive. This raises problems because a person might not know what was on the hard drive of their computer. Moreover, the encryption might not lie in the data but how the data is used. For an example, the data can be pseudo or intermediate instructions for an interpreted program. Then there are other programs that rely on recursive methods such as the rendering of fractals.

So it is possible that an innocuous data stream can produce an image that may resemble a figure much like an inkblot might resemble a horse. The point is that a person may be unable to make an unencrypted copy of their hard drive. So if the government’s case relies upon what is on a hard drive, then they might have no case at all because the government has no idea what is on the computer. That’s called a ‘fishing expedition’ and people have a right to keep private matters, private.

Europe is not a continent - but is a part of a larger land mass called Asia. Asia is not a true continent but is joined by Africa. The Americas are a true continent from north to south and the isthmus at Panama is simply a valuable man-made shortcut that extends about 51 miles from Limon Bay on the Atlantic Ocean to the Bay of Panama on the Pacific Ocean.  The interesting part is that a ship traveling from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean leaves the Panama canal about 27 miles east from where it entered.  In the United States, there is a notion of a continental divide. The Rocky Mountains do not divide anything. Water flows in a direction of the least impediment except in the notion called the great flood and the ‘divine propensity’ has nothing to do with whatever that is.

So the great continents are these: the African, Asian, European complex (1), the North and South American complex (2), Antarctica (3), and Australia (4). This does not change the fact that Pluto is, and will always be a planet. In the United States, there is a notion of a continental divide. The Rocky Mountains do not divide anything. Water flows in a direction of the least impediment except in the notion called the great flood and the ‘divine propensity’ has nothing to do with whatever that is.  This does not change the fact that Pluto is, and shall always be a planet.

False Accusations - False accusations by women serve a purpose and it is called self gratification.  A few months ago, Gloria Steinem said that the legal system is biased against women.  However, she failed to mention the shield laws that allow women to refuse to testify while preventing males from introducing evidence that may reflect on her past or current behavior.  The point is that most false accusations by women are not always made to avoid guilt.  They are made to assert their supremacy while giving them leverage in any controversy.  So while male litigants are restricted in what they may ask of a female, no such restriction is afforded to men without invoking his constitutional rights and this raises the ‘symbolic red flag of guilt’.

This is why so many false allegations are made to avoid guilt while other false claims are more likely to be focused on asserting personal supremacy over another.  So false allegations are instrumental because they are a part of achieving that goal and this is the behavior of a person who derives pleasure from their own disparaging sensual sadism.

The reason that women wait for years before coming out of proverbial woodwork and cast false light is that it is personally and sometimes financially rewarding without much risk.  Defamation of character has been one of Ms. Steinem’s favorite tools and she and other persons would do most anything to get their own way.  So false allegations of sexual harassment are similar to fish stories, they get bigger and less true as the lie continues.

Furlongs per Fortnight - This is a particular value that cannot be expressed by a finite number of divisions. It is equivalent to 15.714285... . This unit of measure is sometimes used when other factors do not work but leaving the miracle factor that is often expressed by ‘then a miracle occurs’.  This is then followed by ‘quod erat demonstrandum (Q.E.D.) and the cunning professor leaves the actual proof for the student to resolve - sine spe.

Gaslight - As a young girl, Paula lived with her aunt Alice Alquist, a famous entertainer. At some point, Paula discovered her aunt's murdered body and the police failed to find the killer. Paula inherited her aunt's estate, including the home, and went away to school. The story begins ten years later.

Gestures - Some gestures that would be acceptable in some countries would not be acceptable in others. In some countries, finger pointing would be an affront while an open hand with the palm up would be acceptable.  A thumb and finger gesture forming a circle and meaning ‘OK’ here, would be an obscene gesture elsewhere.  In other places, the act of sitting so that your foot points to a person’s head can be a very serious insult.

Insight - One day, some years ago, a friend asked me for a proof of the Pythagorean Theorem. The next day, I gave her the proof and was this: Construct a square and then construct an inner square such that each corner of the inner square coincides with a congruent point on each side of the outer square. This produces four congruent right triangles and an inner square within the outer square. All we had to do was exclude those four congruent right triangles.

The hypotenuse of each of the four congruent right triangles forms a side of the inner square and they are identified by the letter ‘c’. The base of each triangle is identified by the letter ‘b’ and the remaining sides are identified by the letter ‘a’. The area of the outer square is (a+b)² = a² + 2ab + b².  The area of the inner square is c². The area of a right triangle is abs/2. The total area of all four triangles is 2ab. Subtracting the four triangles gives c² = a² + b².

My proof was original and was my own but I could not believe that was the first one to discover it. Many years later, I found it was Bhaskara’s proof 12th century [CE], that I had never seen before. This phenomenon is called insight, the realization of simplicity. The Greeks were not the first to understand, ‘that in a right-angled triangle, the square of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the squares on the other two sides’. The unique form of this proof called Hsuan-Thu. This proof is shown in the ancient Chinese text ‘Chou pei Suan Ching’ that could be more than three thousand years old.

The ancient Egyptians probably knew about it because they did and had to resurvey crop land after each flooding of the Nile river. The Egyptians also built pyramids. The ancient Chinese knew this because they also surveyed land and built structures. Nearly every literate civilization probably understood the principle through the study of geometry and numbers. They may have used an iterative method to solve the square root problem. Please see ‘Mathematics: From the Birth of Numbers’ by Jan Gullberg (IBSN 0-393-04002-X) page 436. I did see ancient Chinese and Mongolian symbols in their glyphs and their text. 

Jury Duty - Failure to Appear - The typical pay and allowances for a Solano County Court Judge is $233,405 per year. We pay them despite their conduct and their failure to appear. How much do judges receive in your county? Apparently, an honest decision requires more money and avarice is well received. How honest do you want our judges to be?

Lying And Misandry - An example of this occurred Monday, January 27, 1997 in a chiropractor’s office in Concord, California. The problem was that these two women who were supposed to evaluate my disability were not physicians or chiropractors but churlish impostors. They said that I was drunk and on drugs and reported this (their fabrication) to the state. The strange part was they did a nystagmus test from across the room at a distance of more than 12 feet and so they had extraordinary vision. Nystagmus is the rapid involuntary oscillation of the eyeballs and several forms of this disorder exists. Nevertheless, the State refused to acknowledge my disability because of the fraud of these malicious females and their associates in the state's administration. Later that year (October 1997), physicians discovered that I had Polycythemia Vera and Wolfe-Parkinson-White Syndrome and the State ignored my disabilities but they would not let me drive a car. Mandatory Arrest - Mandatory arrest policies require that police to detain an alleged perpetrator when there is probable cause that a domestic battery has occurred, despite the evidence to the contrary. Probable cause consists of the belief that a crime has been committed and more likely than not that the male assailant had committed it. (The phrase, ‘more likely than not’ is a phrase that refers to something expected, plausible, acceptable, feasible, or believable and so it is a prior assumption that has nothing to do with the present facts.)

The problem was that these policies actually resulted in far more false arrests than for any other crime. This, in turn, had lead to mandatory prosecutions that proceeded without any basis or evidence that anything occurred except the word of the female accuser. The problem was that subsequent studies revealed that these women were far more violent and abusive than anyone had believed and yet the evidence of this was in front of them.  Children were far safer with their father than with their mother and women were far more likely to falsely accuse their husband of sexual child abuse.

Medal of Honor - A letter to the Vallejo Times-Herald on August 17, 2010.  A federal court has decided that there is no compelling reason for the government to ban lies about winning the Medal of Honor. First, the Medal of Honor is not about something won. Those who have received this decoration are called recipients. Lying about this decoration is not about free speech. It is about simple dishonesty, and there is too much of that today.  (Recent Note: Judges are the greatest offenders. (29 SEP 2010))

Memory, Insight, Fleeting, and Total Recall

Memory - The ability to remember varies among individuals. Each of us have had instances of absent mindedness where we could not remember where we last placed an object or forgot to do something. This is a defect of attention but I am not so certain because I have unconsciously found a ‘lost’ object without effort a few days or weeks later. Looking at a ‘lost’ object and not seeing it called blocking. Memories fade over time and this is why many of us keep journals, diaries, photographs, and recordings of things and events that we would like to remember or must remember.

Memories, Blocking - Sometimes, I have trouble recalling a person’s name so when it does occur, I try to recall the name by scanning the alphabet. I spoke to several others about this problem and they related that they have had similar difficulty. Last Saturday (May 28, 2005) a friend and I were discussing the work of Mel Brooks, specifically ‘Young Frankenstein’. Both of us could not remember the name of a good comedic actor. I left to purchase some items at a nearby store and the name came to me. So I hurried back and said ‘Wilder’ and my friend completed the name, ‘Gene Wilder’. Daniel L. Shacter describes this phenomenon as ‘blocking’.

Memories, Mistaken - Sometimes we correctly remember but associate that memory to the wrong person or source. Worse yet, is remembering the right person but attributing the wrong memory, this is called misattribution. This is why I insist on a proper list of questions before acting as a witness, proponent, or adversary. That is why I oppose the doctrine of ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers and insist on complete sentences that express the truth. Please see ‘The Seven Sins of Memory’ by Daniel L. Memories, Recovered - There is no such thing as recovered memories. Sometime in the 1980s, I first heard about recovered memories. Recovered memories are to false psychology as cold fusion is to nuclear physics. Recovered memories are a product of certain psychotherapists who use memory altering or hypnotic drugs, hypnosis, guided imagery, and suggestion to obtain a desired result. So it is possible to implant false memories in some people because suggestibility varies from person to person. Memories can be distorted by coercion, physical or mental abuse, emotional stress, and memory altering drugs.  Memory is also subject to other factors both in children and adults.

Misandrification: the process of displacing men from society and the protection of the law.  (The Abused Men's Area - July 17, 2012).

Monarchy - A monarchy is a government that has a hereditary chief of state. The monarch may have powers that vary from nominal to despotism (absolute). Many constitutional monarchies have a head of state (the monarch) and a head of government (a prime minister).

Monroe Doctrine, the News Magnates, and Manifest Destiny - Monroe Doctrine said that the American continents were not subjects for future colonization by the European powers. This meant that the United States would not allow new colonies to be created in the Americas nor permit the existing colonies to extend their boundaries. In contrast, Manifest destiny was a term used to describe the belief that it was God’s Will that the United States should rule all of North America. This was to be completed through the inevitable territorial expansion of the United States. The phrase, was used in support of the annexation of Texas in 1845 and revived during the Spanish-American War. This confirmed the earlier Latin-American description that the United States was the colossus of the north.

Moralizing Sexual Orientation - Although the Education Code does not require schools to notify parents about sexual orientation, they are required to tell the truth. Our schools are not the place for the bully pulpit where innocent students are punished for moral inadequacies of their teachers and bullying classmates.

Evidently this was the matter because a former student was allegedly harassed by her teachers and no doubt, some students joined in. So instead of punishing the only teachers and the students who were involved, the settlement appears to require that each student who is now attending school must submit to a punitive mass reeducation program.

National Security - The reason that a person would receive a security clearance was that they have knowledge of certain technology and have a record of trustworthiness. So any person who attempts to falsely discredit a person who has or has had a security clearance, could be or is a threat to national security. Its corollary would preclude any law that confers special or arbitrary immunity for those people who endanger national security by falsely accusing others.

News Media - Most of the news media do not divulge the names of the accusers (female) although that practice might encourage witnesses to come forward. However, in some jurisdictions a rape by a female is not a crime no matter the gender of the victim unless the victim is underage. But in those instances, the authorities and the news media conceal reports of the crime. This is contrary to the public interest to ensure that all of the evidence is brought to light. Now here’s the catch. If an accuser cannot prove her allegations, then she might recast them as something else but her attentive supporters don’t want you to know that. This is why women get away with lying about rape and spousal abuse and that is why nothing is done to women who lie. That's the connection between false allegations of rape and false allegations of spousal abuse. So their quoting false of numbers actually proves that men are falsely accused and the point is that nothing has been done about it. The reason for this ‘oversight’ is that most people in official circles believe that false allegations of rape do not require any penalty. This is why these crimes are easily claimed and hard to refute especially if the delusory evidence had never existed.

Newspaper Disclosures - Most newspapers will print the name of a man who has been accused of domestic violence or rape but do not print the name of the woman who has accused him. Adding to this, most law enforcement agencies will release their own, the woman’s version, of the alleged event rather than providing facts. This prevents potential witnesses from coming forward to tell the truth and that’s obstruction of justice and a half truth is still a lie.

Offender Registry for Those Who Falsely Accuse - In California, a person who is wrongly accused of a sex crime still can find their name in the state’s sex offender registry. Worse, this person has no way to get their name removed and the state provides no procedure doing so for actual innocence. The state has been successfully sued and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled the absence of such a procedure is a violation of federal civil rights statutes but the state refuses to comply. Perhaps a better approach is to establish a registry for those who falsely accuse another of any crime and then refuses to testify in court.

Patriarchs - Abraham was the ancestor of both the Arabs and the Jews. The Arabs trace their ancestry to Abraham's oldest son, Ishmael but the Jews consider Abraham their ancestor through another son, Isaac. So Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Isaac’s son) are called the patriarchs, the founding fathers, of the Jews.  This comes from the account of Hagar and Ishmael in the desert.  That's the patriarchy that antifeminsts speak and write about.

Payola and Rigged Results - There is Maury Povich’s Circus featuring DNA testing. This show begins as a soap opera drama and reaches a crescendo as Povich announces the test results and the crowd cheers. Then there is Steve Wilcos and Devil Dad - should I allow abusers to sit on my stage? How could anyone forget Jerry Springer’s gladiators on stage with phoney fights and those ever present referees?

Then there are shysters, hustlers and father rapists in their carnival of shows within shows.  How often has the media carried misandrist commercials about evil men and domestic abuse? It’s the women and the media who are lying and they love it. This is sadism with sexual overtones and it is not fit for viewing. I wonder what this does to young children. So who is the fit parent now?

The show opened with Jack Bailey asking the audience of mostly women "How would you like to be Queen for a day?". Then the contestants were introduced and interviewed with commercials and trashy commentary interspersed between. The twist was that each ‘contestant’ had to relate the financial and problems, often sobbing through her entire entreaty. At the end of the show, the audience voted for the contestant who would be Queen for a Day, using a rigged applause meter.

Then the winner would be draped in a fur-trimmed velvet robe and given a jeweled crown. Then she was installed on a velvet throne and received a dozen long stemmed roses with the playing of ‘Pomp and Circumstance’ while her prizes were announced. During the entire ceremony, she would weep while her list of prizes was announced. This is reminiscent of the payola scandals of the 1930's and the game show scandals of 1958 that included rigging the results in ‘Twenty-One’ and ‘The $64,000 Question’.  In other words, the courts have rigged the outcome to be whatever they want it to be.

Newton Minow told a convention of the National Association of Broadcasters on May 9, 1961 that television has become a vast wasteland of unbelievable families, a procession of formula comedies, violence, mayhem, and game shows. Today, television still has shows made to impair our sensibilities and I would describe them as promiscuous trash that only appeals to perversion.

Penmanship - There are several forms of penmanship. For an example, the lowercase cursive letter ‘S’ appears as the lowercase cursive ‘F’ in our own Declaration of Independence. From the Eighteenth through the Nineteenth century, school children learned Copperplate penmanship. However, many schools in the United States taught the Spencerian style of penmanship where the cursive ‘y’ and the cursive ‘z’ can be easily confused. Calligraphy is a beautiful form of lettering that is often used for special occasions but not for everyday use.

Phoney Dunning Notice - I received a number of phoney dunning letters from a firm that I never heard about or had any business with them.  An actual example of one of them appears above.  Why would a corporation in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania send mail from Royal Oak, Michigan (Zip code 48068)? Why would a corporation mix the terms ‘I’ and ‘We’? The letter is devoid of detail, signature, and is example of narcissism (notice the majestic 'we' in the third line. I call it phony because the letter and the authorization code are and remain unconfirmed.  As a matter of information, my ex-wife used to send phoney mail to me addressed to Edward Stev Nunes and I added the underscore for emphasis.

Play Misty for Me - In Carmel, California, an all-night DJ, Dave Garver, receives regular requests to play "Misty," from a seductive listener named Evelyn Draper. When he first meets her in a local ‘meat rack’, he is not aware that she is the source of the mysterious voice who always asked, Play 'Misty' for me. Later that night they have a one-night stand and she believes that gave her exclusive rights to him.

Pluto is a Planet - I am plagued with writers’ block and from time to time. So I try to write about a different subject. Most of us, as we have grown up, have accepted the idea that Pluto is the ninth planet in our solar system. One of several things that I learned while attending college at Sonoma State is that scientists are never happy with the present and they always want to change things. That can be a good thing but not always.

The first four planets in the solar system, Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars are called terrestrial planets. The reason for this classification is that these planets are similar in composition to the Earth and they also have similar densities. Of the nine planets in the solar system only two do not have one or more moons and they are Mercury and Venus.

The moons of Pluto are called Charon, Hydra, and Nix. Pluto and Charon have been called a double planet because Charon is larger than compared to Pluto than any other moon is to a planet in our Solar System. The Earth-Moon barycenter is about 1,600 Km below the Earth’s surface but the Pluto-Charon barycenter is outside Pluto’s surface. This means that Pluto and Charon always present the same face to each other and that makes Hydra and Nix more interesting.

Some authors have called the earth-moon complex a double planet orbital system. Their theory presupposes that the Sun’s gravitational field acts upon the Earth and its Moon is a single body called the Earth-Moon barycenter. So the Earth and its Moon orbit the barycenter as both orbit the Sun. Since the Earth is more massive than the Moon, their orbits wobble in their path about the Sun.

A circle has an eccentricity that is equal to zero. An ellipse has an eccentricity that is greater than zero and less than one. A parabola has an eccentricity that is equal to one and a hyperbola has an eccentricity that is greater than one.

The curve of a circle is a set of all points that are the same distance from a given point called the center of the circle. The curve of an ellipse is a set of all points whose distances to two given points (the foci), have a constant sum. The curve of the parabola is a set of points that have the same distance from a given point called the locus and a given line called the directrix. The curve of the hyperbola is the set of all points whose distances to two given points, the foci, have a constant difference.

The easiest way to describe these conic sections, is by their eccentricity. When the eccentricity is zero, the figure is that of a circle. When the conic section’s eccentricity is less than one, the figure is that of an ellipse. So, a circle is a special case of an ellipse.

When the eccentricity of a conic section is exactly one, the figure is that of a parabola. When the conic section’s eccentricity is greater that one, the figure is that of a hyperbola. So a parabola is a special case of a hyperbola. Do not confuse the figure of a hyperbola with the disingenuous word ‘hyperbole’ (an extravagant exaggeration).

A continent is one of several divisions of land on this planet. The arctic ice is not a continent but a huge floating iceberg. Antarctica is a continent because it has land mass and this is also true of Australia. Pluto is the second-largest known small planet in the Solar System (after Eris) and tenth-largest body observed directly orbiting the Sun. It was classified as a planet from its 1930 discovery, in 2006 the International Astronomical Union (IAU) declared it a dwarf planet. What is this thing called a dwarf?

Pluto is the largest member of a distinct population in what is called the Kuiper belt. Most members of the Kuiper belt are composed of rock and ice. They are small and their composition is not similar to the terrestrial planets. Their orbits are somewhat eccentric and highly inclined to the instance that they are retrograde. They move backwards and that is no difference to me. The inclination of an orbiting object has nothing to do with choice or opinion, they are there and that is the way they are.

Prelude to Treachery - In May 2003, a county coordinator for a rape crisis and domestic violence shelter and four staff members boycotted a meeting after making a pubic statement. The coordinator objected to a presentation that appeared in a segment of '20/20', a news program carried by the ABC television network. The subject of this broadcast is that some women are perpetrators of domestic violence and she objected to this fact. She said that we should not provide services for men because 85 to 90 percent of the victims are women. She said that the county undermines her work when the county's priorities "are not properly aligned with our center."

Once a woman lies about an important fact, then it is probable she would lie about nearly anything as it suits her. The potential rewards for a female who makes a false allegation of spousal abuse or child abuse are enormous and the risks are minimal. A man who is victimized by deceit can lose his home, possessions, savings, contact with his children, and his job. Some employers and government agencies require that a person reveal arrests though they are innocent and a court has sealed or destroyed the records. In addition, many employers will not hire a person with an arrest record for a violent crime though a court found the person factually innocent and apparently this is what the county coordinator wanted. More than 80 percent of claims of spousal abuse are false and most are made to gain a tactical advantage in court or to conceal other criminal activity. Although rape and spousal abuse are crimes, women who lie about rape and abuse are not treated as criminals.

Price of Citizenship - The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) has done very little to promote equal rights. That is why the supporters of this Act would say that it does not exist to support equal rights. Instead, this act exists to take money from our citizens to support causes and policies that they do not want, specifically the defamation of innocent persons. So now these women want to expand the Violence Against Women Act by redefining both rape and abuse. The other problem is that these women do not want to act on what evidence that may be collected until after the evidence, if it ever did exist, had disappeared. That not palpable until one realizes that the absence of evidence often confirms a person’s innocence. Rape and spousal abuse and rape are the only crimes that do not require any actual evidence to prove guilt. This is what the VAWA is about, blaming men for acts that never did occur. So the question is this, are women safer today than they were in 1994? If they are not, then this legislation has failed. It has maliciously targeted the wrong persons and that simply requires an unproven accusation.

Propaganda - The term, propaganda, comes from the New Latin (1500 C.E.) and entered our lexicon in 1718. Propaganda has one meaning. It is the spreading of false ideas, allegations, misinformation, or rumor to further one’s own false cause at the expense another’s reputation.  For an example, those women who lie insist that the rule-of-thumb is the diameter of a stick that men use to beat a woman, are thoughts of their own making. These are their secret desires about their own relationship to others and it is called sadism.

These women also claim that a male’s heart rate and blood pressure are indicators of his violent tendencies against women though they are both zero and he is dead. This objection is called a reduction to an absurdity. On the other hand, a Freudian slip reveals some unconscious aspect of the mind. Projection is the attribution of a person’s own ideas and feelings toward other persons and this is called the externalization of guilt. Conscious projection is usually a lie that reveals the intent of the guilty.

Even today, people use their hands and feet to measure things. Sometimes, people rely on another’s habit - such as Andrew always leaves home at 5:35 A.M. It is something roughly correct, an estimate, and it not intended to be scientifically accurate. If somebody is going to beat someone, they are not going to stop and use a caliper, or other device, nor Andrew’s feet to determine its diameter.  The rule-of-thumb is a method or procedure based on experience and common sense.

Property Rights - Property is classified in many different ways from that which is tangible to those that are intangible. When a person puts a gated fence around his property, then he is protecting his property from trespassing; so it may seem.  In my city, many homeowners had to build fences to keep people from driving across their lawn, knocking down a fire hydrant, and damaging their home.  The problem is that sometimes those scofflaws are the police. So building a fence does not keep the police or anyone else from trespassing on another person’s property. The point is that when the police make a conscious and unlawful choice to obtain the fruit of the poisonous tree; that makes their evidence questionable, doubtful, and inadmissible.

Redfems - This term is used to refer to those women that used the writings of Mao Tse-tung as a template for their own revolutionary dogma. The term was also used to express the connection between Mao Zedong (the former spelling was Mao Tse-tung) and his The Little Red Book.  This book was published by the People's Republic of China from April 1964 until approximately 1976.  As its title implies, the book is a collection of quotations excerpted from Mao Zedong's past speeches and publications. The book was resized and printed in the West to make it easier to carry.

Refusal to Appear or Deliberate Delay - Malingering or other deliberate delay by a party or the court is a sign of guilt and complicity. It only takes a few minutes to adjudicate a case when an advocate refuses to appear. Any other delay is a result of prejudice by court especially if the remaining party was falsely accused by the complainant to avoid discovery and disclosure of their unlawful activity. This also includes any false accusation of wrongdoing or malfeasance by a public official. So failure to appear without good cause is a sign of their guilt and their complaint must be considered a ruse. So any order of protection for the benefit of this advocate must cease to exist and this party must cover all costs and damages that resulted from its bad faith litigation.

Rube Goldberg - Reuben Lucius Goldberg was a cartoonist, sculptor, author, engineer, and inventor - a jack of most trades that was known for depicting complex devices to do a simple task. As a result, he became the inspiration for several competitions, where the entrants had to build a complex machine to do a simple task or do nothing of any practicality. The surprising part was that Mr. Goldberg received a Pulitzer Prize for his political cartoons. So sometimes a picture does say more than a thousand words but that is not the real story. That story is yet to be told.

Safety at Home and in The Workplace - Many common materials can generate a dust explosion, such as coal, sawdust, magnesium and other common materials. These include flour, grain, sugar, powdered milk, and dust. Sometimes pollen can form explosive suspensions in air without the presence of an exposed flame. Spontaneous combustion is the self-ignition of combustible material through chemical action (as oxidation) of its constituents. This is why people who work with machinery and oily towels or papers, store them in closed containers to prevent oxidation.  Other ignition sources include arcing, downed power wires, electrostatic discharge, friction, hot surfaces, lightning, and overheated spaces.  Always use grounded outlets indoors and outside and ground fault interrupter outlets in damp and wet areas.

Social Alienation Syndrome - I coined the term, Social Alienation Syndrome, because I wanted to describe social alienation outside the context of relationship and gender. Social Alienation Syndrome is not an illness. It is the set of behaviors designed to estrange the relationship between society and a person or a group of people.
