Dishonest Denial

When I first published my web site ten years ago, I received an e-mail the next morning from two sisters. They wrote that the mother would grab the steering wheel from their father while he was driving the family car. This woman endangered her family and everyone on the road. She selfishly wanted her way or no way.

Selfishness is a noun that defines the character of a person this is concerned exclusively or excessively with their own advantage or welfare without regard for others. This is why I call this attitude, ‘the my way or no way’ behavior. This behavior is also defined as egocentrism, egoism, narcissism, and selfishness.

I read a letter or article in the San Francisco Chronicle some months ago that stated one in three women in the United States would become a victim of domestic violence. The World Almanac 2008 provided an estimate of the number of females who have attained the age of 18. Dividing that figure by three gives a quotient of 37,121,118. This figure may exceed the entire population of California and her assertion is not reasonable, truthful, or valid. If one in three women is abused, who is abusing them? Someone would notice and report it. However, the actual reports supporting this conjecture do not exist. The woman who wrote this missive is a misandrious propagandist.

Words and their usages change. For an example the word ‘shalt’ is now considered stiff and archaic. There is going to be little surprise about the term called ‘misogyny’. The original dictionaries only listed hard words, later, easier words were added to the dictionaries. Queen Mary (1516-1558) was queen of England from 1553 until her death in 1558. She was the daughter of King Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon. Mary was a devout Roman Catholic who repealed a law that made Protestantism the state religion and tried reestablish a law that made Catholicism the state religion. The 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States specifically prohibits the establishment of a state religion. Mary became known as "Bloody Mary" because of the persecutions she caused. More than 300 people were burned at the stake during her reign and many Protestant clergymen were forced into exile.

In 1604, Robert Cawdrey, a schoolmaster, prepared the first English dictionary (A Table Alphabeticall of Hard Wordes) and it defined about 3,000 English words taken from other languages. Larger dictionaries that offered more information about the words and were produced in the 1600's. In 1721, Nathan Bailey published a dictionary containing about 60,000 words. This was the first English dictionary that tried to include most English words instead of hard words only (The World Book Encyclopedia, 2005).

The term misogyny was coined in 1656. Actually, the term misogyny means ‘hate the queen’ and perhaps it refers to Bloody Mary. Over the years, the term called ‘misogyny’ has been given an additional but faulty definition, ‘the hatred of women’. However, there is a valid support for this definition. Her father, King Henry VIII had acted licentiously during his reign. He committed adultery and either raped or prostituted women to satisfy his voracious sexual desires. The Tower of London or the White Tower severed as a fortress, a palace, and a prison. Two of King Henry’s six wives were beheaded on that site (The World Book Encyclopedia, 2005).

In psychology, psychological projection is a defense mechanism where a person attributes their own bad behaviors to others. Projection reduces anxiety by allowing the expression of the subconscious impulses or desires without letting the conscious mind recognize them. This called willful misattribution: the externalization of blame, guilt, or responsibility as a defense against guilt. So in that sense, projection is related to denial. Friedrich Nietzsche expressed it this way. When you gaze into the abyss, the abyss also gazes unto you. Psychological projection is a significant factor relating to false allegations of domestic violence. For an example, Mary abuses Bob but she says that Bob abuses her. This is dishonest denial.

There are five personality disorders that are important in matters of spousal abuse: Antisocial Personality Disorder, Border Line Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Histrionic Personality Disorder, and Paranoid Personality Disorder. I covered these disorders in another essay called ‘Personality and Mental Disorders’. In a separate paper, I wrote about Premenstrual Disphoric Disorder (PMDD) and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) because we should not abandon women in distress when they can be cured.

Persons who have Narcissistic Personality Disorder often interfere with relationships between others and take of others to achieve there own goals. People who try to control others cannot be trusted, especially when there is something to hide something to gain. They often react to criticism with anger or rage. This is called the ‘my way or no way’ behavior.

Proverbs, is a book of the Hebrew Bible, or The Old Testament. It is also known as the Proverbs of Solomon because, according to tradition, King Solomon wrote it. However, scholars believe that the book's assortment of moral and religious sayings, poems, and warnings come from various periods in the history of ancient Israel. Some were written before the birth of Solomon. They were probably not collected in their present form until after the period of the Babylonian Exile, which ended in 538 B.C.

Examples of abusive women are found in the Bible. It is better to dwell in a corner of a housetop than with a brawling woman in a wide house Proverbs Chapter 21:9. It is better to dwell in the wilderness than with contentious and angry woman Proverbs Chapter 21:19. In (I Kings) Chapter 3:16 two women gave birth to their own child. One child died in the night because its mother overlaid it. So this mother stole the other women’s child and replaced with her dead child. The mother of the living child realized that the dead child was not her child. They appeared before King Solomon and the King heard their words. The King said bring a sword and divide the living child in two. Give one-half to one and one-half to the other. The mother of the living child begged for the child’s life but the mother of the dead child said, let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it. The King said do not slay this child for the woman who begged for the child’s life is the true mother of this child.

Abusive women do exist but are treated differently and men are always the culprits and this why I am recommending the use of miniature camcorders in the home. These cameras record date, time, sound, and image data. The date and time stamp can be set to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) determined by an atomic clock. They are very small and they can be disquised as common item in the home. They can operate on battery backup power in case of power failure or deliberate disruption. We use a lockout key that prevents others from using the backup battery power supply.

Robert Louis Stevenson wrote "Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" that was first published in 1886. A London lawyer investigated the strange connection between his friend, Dr. Henry Jekyll and the violent Edward Hyde. The phrase ‘Jekyll and Hyde’ refer to persons who have multiple personalities and this now called Dissociative Identity Disorder. Only a trained professional can diagnose this disorder.

As you may know, a hypocrite is a person who gives a false appearance of virtue. In other words, their public behavior is designed to mislead others and her private behavior reveals their true nature. Simply, some people do not want others to enjoy life and have the things that are theirs.  If a hypocrite cannot have what they want, that person will either steal it or destroy it and this why I have cited (I Kings) Chapter 3:16.

On the Internet, my web site is called The Abused Men’s Area. Use a search engine to find my web site by entering ‘The Abused Men’s Area’ or by entering ‘Abused Men’. Most search engines do not require quotation marks. When you reach my web site, you will find a list of topics (you may have to scroll down the page) and click on ‘The Traits of an Abusive Person’.

This will take you a special table. You may print this table because I placed it in the public domain. I designed this table so that a person can see and highlight abusive traits that they found in their friend, parent, partner, or spouse.

Most radical feminist sites offer five to ten behaviors that they apply to a hypothetical male abuser. The term ‘hypothetical’ means ‘conjecture’, something given without proof and often refer to males in misandrious and pejorative terms. The term, he, is a pronoun that refers to a male person whose proper name has been previously introduced or cited. Any other use is misandrious and offensive.

My ‘Traits’ table has 72 entries that apply to both males and females. The purpose was that any person could use a pen with brightly colored transparent ink to identify the traits of the person who had abused them. One marked box is sufficient to claim abuse. The difference between projection and a willful act is that projection can be an unconscious or a willful act. Willful acts such as false or self-inflicted injuries are common ploys in domestic violence and in divorce proceedings. Self inflicted injuries are common in those who have Borderline Personality Disorder. However, inflicted injuries are not common in those who have Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Narcissists are very manipulative and often interfere in the relationships between others. This is called the ‘my way or no way behavior’.

The radical feminists never mentioned that grabbing a steering wheel from a man while he was driving a car was a bad thing nor did they mention that adultery was a bad thing. Adultery is having voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a person other than their spouse. I do not support adultery nor ever will. This not a Seventh Commandment concern, it is matter of betrayal and health. Sexually transmitted diseases, unwanted maternity and unwanted paternity are major health and social concerns. When you gaze into the abyss, the abyss also gazes unto you and this why some women falsely accuse their husband of adultery or domestic violence. This psychological projection.

Some time during the 1990's, California lawmakers gave females the right to refuse to testify in rape cases. That is acceptable when the female submits to DNA testing through use of a certified rape kit administered by a qualified professional with current credentials. DNA testing can reveal mixtures that can be used to identify more than one contributor to the sample. If a female claims rape but refuses to comply with this protocol or waits too long, then she is probably lying.

The California Legislature is considering legislation that will give females the right to refuse to give testimony in domestic violence cases. Domestic violence has become easy to claim and hard to refute. The evidence is too easily manufactured and every accused person has the right to be confronted with the witnesses against them. However, there is a new DNA test that detects skin cells left behind from a simple touch. Any female who claims domestic abuse must be required to submit to this new DNA test. If a female claims domestic abuse but refuses to comply with its protocol or waits too long, then she is probably lying.

Each day, there are developments and my work is subject to change as I see it so. In the next twelve months, I hope to update my material with corrections, new presentations, and new topics. My website is my own and I do not want nor will not take public or private funding. My papers are available to every person that needs it for personal matters or for reference. I only ask for source credit when it is appropriate.
