Windham Historical Society. EH Ells wrote Franklin Orr that she thought grandfather Charles Brown lived at Porter's Landing, Freeport. EHE says he was a shoe worker in Freeport & a farmer. DOB from Frank Ells Family Record and approx. from 1850 USC.
