Your requirements and business needs will be unique.  Here is a sampling of what we can do for you.

As a client once said about our strategy and tactics, "...hands-on.  You are in there pitching, doing trade show duty, etc. to make things happen.  No armchair PR here!"

By-lined Articles

A by-lined article is an article published under your name.  This builds credibility for your company's products and reputation.  We recently wrote a by-lined article for a Fortune 100 client and were able to place it in a trade publication targeted specifically at the client's customers.  The client benefitted in numerous ways: increased their product's visibility; improved their reputation as an innovator; even saved on marcom costs with the article reprints used for sales binders, on the Web, and at trade shows just to name a few.

Product Launches

With any new product launch, a targeted media placement plan is integral to the success of the product kick-off.  We've helped numerous clients determine their key product and service differentiators and helped position those companies as leaders in their market.  For one of our clients, here's what our tasks were.  Since corporate image is key, before we even announced anything to the press, we checked their Web site and marketing collateral to make sure the company put its best foot forward.  Then, we determined the target audiences (verticals, newspapers, user groups, etc.) and the tools to best reach those audiences.  We ended up writing a concise news release, scheduling media interviews, arranging speaking engagements, writing a customer testimonial, and submitting the product for an industry award.  Maybe your company needs all of, some of, or more than this.  Together, let's determine what is right for you.

National Publicity

National exposure gets you in front of millions of viewers and readers.  Our client's digital video products were chosen as part of a new security system for the Super Bowl.  With only two weeks lead-time, we put together a package to build publicity locally and nationally using everything in our tool chest.  Our team consisted of experts in local TV news, video production, writing and national TV publicity.  With interviews on CNN Weekend Edition, articles in The New York Times and USA Today, and broad coverage in the Associated Press, our client "was the news".  Even though other company's products were part of the overall security system, only our client garnered publicity.  Our client's stellar performance earned them the status and reputation among their peers and future customers as a company with proven results — which helped them increase sales.

Analyst Relations

Analysts serve as strategic contacts for business information in your technical sector, and they also serve as resources for the editorial community covering those markets.  Contacting and building relationships with these analysts is key as they are the "opinion makers" within your industry.  One of our clients needed to break out of the crowd and get visibility of their company and product within a very competitive market.  We helped our client put together a detailed company backgrounder with a solid story to entice those analysts to meet and speak to our client.  Kudoos to our client for being well-prepared and knowledgeable.  As a team, we were able to secure over 20 interviews with analysts who specifically influenced the client's technology sector in the US and Europe.
