By-lined Articles
A by-lined article is an article published under your name. This builds credibility for your company's products
and reputation. We recently wrote a by-lined article for a Fortune 100 client and were able to place it in a trade
publication targeted specifically at the client's customers. The client benefitted in numerous ways: increased
their product's visibility; improved their reputation as an innovator; even saved on marcom costs with the article reprints
used for sales binders, on the Web, and at trade shows — just to name a few.

Product Launches
With any new product
launch, a targeted
media placement plan is integral to the success of the product kick-off. We've helped
numerous clients determine their key product and service differentiators and helped position those companies as leaders
in their market. For one of our clients, here's what our tasks were. Since corporate image is key, before we even
announced anything to the press, we checked their Web site and marketing collateral to make sure the company put
its best foot forward. Then, we determined the target audiences (verticals, newspapers, user groups, etc.)
and the tools to best reach those audiences. We ended up writing a concise news release, scheduling media interviews,
arranging speaking engagements, writing a customer testimonial, and submitting the product for an industry
award. Maybe your company needs all of, some of, or more than this. Together, let's determine what is
right for you.
