A fast-growing, upscale area of homes generally priced over $275,000 up to well over $1 million. Some homes built in the last fifteen years, but many built in the last 5-7 years, with a lot of new developments under construction. The yellow highlighted area represents where the newest growth is taking place as development moves northward.
