Area Maps For Southern Delaware & Northern Franklin Counties

If you're not familiar with central Ohio, this can be confusing since the area's suburbs, school districts and zip codes do not have common boundaries.

To assist you in locating an area in which you might like to live, I've prepared several maps that will show you the larger subdivisions in the given geographical segments, as well as tell you what school districts and zip codes are found in those segments. This will help you in your online home searches.

Area Overview Map If you're new to central Ohio this is a good map to see the overall relationship of various suburbs surrounding the city of Columbus.

Southwest Delaware County The area west of Rt 23, south of Delaware, north of Worthington, east of the Scioto River. Includes Powell city and Golf Village.

Southeast Delaware County The area east of Rt 23, south of Delaware, north of Worthington & Westerville, west of Hoover Reservoir. Includes Lewis Center and Polaris area.

Northwest Quadrant Includes parts of NW Franklin County, SW Delaware County, and SE Union County. Includes Dublin city, Muirfield Village and Tartan Fields golf communities.

West Frankin County Primarily the city of Hilliard but also includes some Dublin and Upper Arlington school district areas.

Northern Franklin County Primarily the city of Worthington, but also includes some Dublin and Westerville school district areas.

Northeast Franklin County Primarily New Albany city area, but also includes some Westerville school district areas.
