Hotel Sleeping Room Information

A block of rooms has been reserved for our group at the Westin Suites, Philadelphia Airport.

Preferred group rate for Friday and Saturday nights, May 21 and 22: $89.00 each night per suite, plus 13% room tax.

Reservations and payment for sleeping rooms must be made individually, and are not included in the registration fees of Celebrate Romance! 1999. While you do not need to have registered yet for the conference to reserve a room, in the interest of fairness, please reserve a room under our rate only if you plan to attend the conference.

Hotel phone number for the Westin Suites, Philadelphia Airport is (215) 365-6600. You must call the hotel directly to make a reservation. The Reservations Desk is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

To get our preferred rate, you must inform the reservations agent that you are reserving under the room block reserved for "Celebrate Romance". Do verify the rate at the time you call; the Westin Suites cannot change room rates at check-in or check-out for guests who failed to identify their affiliation to our group at the time of reservation.

Reservations must be received by the hotel on or before April 21, 1999!! After that date, all unused rooms in our block will be released for general sale. A deposit equal to one night's stay will be required to hold each reservation. This deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in. You may pay by personal check, money order, American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover or Diner's Card.

Room sharing is certainly encouraged. Contact your online friends to arrange for a room mate. Not only with this bring individual costs down but will also give you more "real time" to share with each other!

The Westin Suites is located 5 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport. A complimentary airport shuttle is available upon request. Hotel parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

All accommodations are suites with separate living room and bedroom. Most bedrooms contain only one bed; however, the sofa in the living room folds out into another bed. All suites include a refrigerator, coffee maker, two televisions, two telephones, and bar. Each suite is also equipped with a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Facilities are combined with the neighboring Four Points by Sheraton and include an indoor and outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and exercise room. Regarding dining options, there are several restaurants, as well as a lounge that features world-class cocktails and micro-brews. An Express Car Rental desk is onsite.

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Every effort will be made to accommodate earlier arrivals; however, rooms may not be available immediately. Check out time is 12 noon.
