This Is All It Will Cost

 

 Celebrate Romance! 1999 registration, two catered functions and all related activities: $80.00.

 Check or money order must accompany Registration Form in order to be processed.

 Official numbered registration confirmations will be sent to out via email, but no sooner than April 1, 1999. (Receipt of form and fee will be acknowledged privately, however.)

 The official confirmation must be presented at the sign-in table at all official functions. Please print it out and bring it to the event.

 

Not Included In The Registration:

 Hotel sleeping rooms; they must be booked and paid for individually. See Hotel Information for prices and booking procedures.

 Books purchased on site.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 Cancellations will be accepted up to April 1, 1999 (receipt date). Written or email cancellations will be accepted.

 Refund policy is as follows:

 Cancellations received by February 1, 1999: $60.00

 Cancellations received by April 1, 1999: $40.00
