VDA 1443  VDA 2343 Vertical Double Adjustable Sequencers   Vertical sequencing units designed to run two gels simultaneously under identical conditions.

14cm Wide: VDA 1443 has a usable gel width of 14cm wide. Uses all 14cm combs, and accessories. Unit includes two sets of glass plates, clips, leads.   23cm Wide: VDA 2343 has a usable gel width of 23cm wide. Uses all VDA 23cm combs, and accessories. Unit includes two sets of glass plates, clips, leads.   Adjustable Gel Height: Adjustable from 15cm to 43cm or higher, with optional taller 1" Delrin® rods, up to 65cm high. Secured with special Delrin® thumb screws.   Two Simultaneous Gels: Run two gels under identical conditions.   Single Gels: Run by using an upper reservoir block, which seals opening in upper reservoir of the side not in operation.   Silicone Gasket around upper reservoir prevents buffer leakage without grease, and provides a good background to view sample wells while loading.   Maintain Even Temperatures: Clip Aluminum Heat Diffuser Plates behind gel sandwich.   Plain Glass Plates: Silicone sponge block spacers eliminate need for fragile notched plates.   Removable Reservoirs: Provides easy disposal of buffer. Removable 1" Delrin® rods provide easy storage.   Solid Construction: Precisely bored holes assure smooth height adjustment. Reservoirs made of 1/4" cast acrylic. VDA 23cm Spacers    Standard Spacer  T-Spacer Our vinyl 1/2" wide spacers and have a silicone sponge block 1/16" taller than the difference in the glass plates. The compressed sponge block seals above the short plate and flushes spacer with bottom of glass sandwich. Sold in sets of two. Thickness of spacers should match your comb.
