About the Author:
Having been encourage by friends and family members to share
his experiences and knowledge with others in a book, Earl F. Spence Jr.
accepted the call to write The Mental Challenge of Dieting.
Born in New York City, Spence currently makes his home in Hackensack, New
Jersey. With a degree from SUNY College at Brockport, Spence is employed
as a computer programmer.
In addition to the time he devotes to being a member of St. Mary's Parish
Council in Hackensack, New Jersey, and hospital volunteer, Spence also
enjoys basketball, bowling, football, computer, comics, and coaching CYO
basketball.
